Welcome to our independent studio in the heart of our property. Ideally located, 200 m from the banks of the Seine, the studio has independent access with a private wooden terrace, you will be at home! On the ground floor, bathroom; living room and kitchen, the bay window, overlooks the terrace as well as the garden. The rest/night area is upstairs (attic bedroom) and includes two double beds (one 160 and the other 140): ideal for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

A hiking trail is accessible next to the entrance to the property. Pets are also welcome. Our baker who is 200 m away "will delight your taste buds".

Charming two-room independent duplex, completely renovated, overlooking a beautiful common courtyard (large courtyard/lounge available). Located between the hiking trails of the Fontainebleau Forest and the Loing. Quality cleaning is provided by us (included in the price). Bike rental (including electric) possible from our neighbor (instructions on the last photo of the listing). Bike path to explore on the towpath of the Loing Canal (Scandinavian).

Charming apartment overlooking the Seine, located on the edge of the Fontainebleau forest. Annex to the main building, it has its own private entrance. The exceptional environment lends itself to contemplation, walking along the Seine, sports: cycling, paddle boarding, walking in the forest, climbing... as well as discovering the surrounding castles. You are at the edge of the forest for hiking or climbing, 15 minutes' drive from Fontainebleau...

Kitchen, lounge and dining area on the ground floor Upstairs there is a space with a double bed (160) and a bathroom. In a row there is a hallway that serves a room with a double bed (140) and a cabin bed (90/200) with a child barrier, a bathroom and a third bedroom with a 160 bed divisible into 2 single beds and a barrel bed. The house has all the essentials for babies and young children (stair gates, games, books...) and a garden of 200 m2.
