This 61 m² garden apartment offers space to arrive and breathe. It sits quietly and close to nature in Wandlitz, about a 5-minute walk from Lake Wandlitz, with a separate entrance and its own terrace. Swimming spot just around the corner: only 300 m away is a free bathing spot on Lake Wandlitz — steps lead into the lake right in the woods, and dogs are allowed in the water too. The apartment is intentionally designed for a maximum of two adults – not a family setup, but a place for retreat, focused work, or relaxed days out in nature. We place particular value on sustainability: the apartment runs on climate-friendly heating, modern boiler/heat-pump technology, and a solar system – for a good feeling throughout your stay.

Romantic coach house next to the bridge of spies!

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Ferienhaus - Ehemalige Scheune idyllisch im Grünen

Unser umgebaute Scheune ist Teil einer ehemaligen kleinen Gutsanlage in der Nähe von Brandenburg an der Havel. Idyllisch in einem sehr kleinen Dorf gelegen, kann man von hier aus die Natur geniessen, lange Spaziergänge durch den Wald oder zum Wasser unternehmen . Das Haus bietet eine gemütliche, helle und gelassene Atmosphäre. Der große Tisch für mehr als 12 Personen und die offene Wohnküche laden zum Kochen und Verweilen ein. Aber auch Seminare oder Yogagruppen könnten sich bei uns wohl finden.

Remise Kreuzberg – 3 floors and terrace

Welcome to our charming Remise in one of Berlin's most beautiful neighborhood! We have lovingly renovated this unique historic building and furnished it to the highest standards. Travelers to Berlin, artists will love the excellent acoustics, audio equipment (Nord Stage, Genelec, ...), and the awesome grand piano. This freestanding, three-story house features a terrace and grill, offering a retreat while being located in the heart of Berlin’s best bars and restaurants, Spree River and the Canal.

Puristischer Bauwagen in unmittelbarer Seenähe. Kamin u. Elektro Heizung Die Schäferhütte befindet sich auf der Wiese hinter unserem Wohngrundstück. Der Wagen ist auf das wesentliche reduziert. Strom gibt es im Wagen. Ausgestattete Outdoor Küche mit Gasherd, Steinbackofen, Wasserstelle und WC, Aussendusche und Feuerschale. Das Grundstück ist knapp 10.000 qm groß, jeder findet dort einen Platz für sich. Es stehen 2 Fahrräder, Kanu, Ruderboot zur Verfügung. Öffis Haltestelle Wustrau/Radensleben.

Auszeit auf dem Land im "Forsthaus Hohe Heide"

Im alten Forsthaus mitten im Wald, weit weg von der Zivilisation, die unberührte Natur und Stille genießen, himmlisch schlafen und die Akkus auftanken. Landurlaub pur! Du trittst aus dem Haus und bist inmitten der Natur. Sammle Wildkräuter, Waldbeeren und Pilze direkt vor der Haustür oder begegne Hase, Reh, Dachs & Co. Urlaub auf dem Bauernhof, nur ohne Zaun. Nachts kann man an der Feuerschale die Sterne bewundern und in die Tiefen des Alls blicken. Das Haus eignet sich perfekt für Familien.

Dein eigenes Ferienhaus am See - komm mal raus...

Im Frühjahr 2020 haben wir das Grundstück erworben, es hat 5 Ferienhäuser. Dieses erste, die Nr. 7/4, haben wir 2020 liebevoll renoviert und DU kannst kommen. Das hübsche Ferienhaus hat Wohnzimmer mit Küche und Essplatz, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und das Bad mit Dusche. Dazu gibt es eine nette eigene Terrasse zur Südseite. Sie ist teilweise überdacht und es gibt auch eine Markise für die besonders sonnigen Tage. Das Grundstück hat einen eigenen Zugang zum See und einen Steg mit Badeleiter.

Unsere blaue Ferienwohnung mit Wohnküche, Schlafzimmer und modernem Bad lädt ein, zur Ruhe zu kommen und es sich gemütlich zu machen. Die Wohnung bietet ein bequemes Boxspringbett für 2 Personen und eine hochwertige Schlafcouch für 2 weitere Personen. Sobald das Wetter es zulässt, gibt es vor der Wohnung eine Sitzgelegenheit. Wer arbeiten möchte, hat mit einem Glasfaseranschluss gute Vorraussetzungen. Direkt nebenan in der grünen Ferienwohnung ist ebenfalls Platz für 2-4 Personen.

Remise mit Weitblick

Die Ferienwohnung ist in einer 120 Jahre alten Backstein-Remise. Sie hat freien Blick nach Süden ins Havelland. Im Erdgeschoss ist eine Wohnküche mit Schlafsofa, Terrasse und eigenem Garten. Im ersten Stock das Schlafzimmer, ein Balkon mit Panoramablick und das Badezimmer mit einladender Dusche. Fläche (ohne Aussenanlagen): 40qm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind im Preis inbegriffen. Das anliegende Loft (45 qm) kann dazu gemietet werden. Dort können 3 weitere Personen unterkommen.
