We had a fantastic stay at Roman House! Everything was pristine when we arrived and we were welcomed in in person. The house is fantastic! Ample space and excellent facilities. The children LOVED the cinema room! We had a fantastic evening cooking marshmallows on the fire in the garden. The garden was beautifully done and well equipped. The beds were very comfy and we all slept well.

What an interesting and quirky place to stay! If you want to step back in time with modern amenities then this is the place for you. Cygnet Thatch has a fantastically well-equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms, comfy beds and a huge log fire. A great find:)

Jo’s place was as exactly as we chose. A very private place full of tranquility both inside and outside . The natural garden was a joy to just sit and enjoy the wild life and alfresco dining. We were blessed with good weather which made sitting and eating outside mist enjoyable. The garden was a haven for our two dogs to explore safely.

Mark was a great host. The property was exactly what we needed for our trip. Plenty of space in the kitchen for cooking and socialising together, good wifi, and the beds were comfortable. Highly recommended. Thanks Mark!

Accommodation actually bigger than I thought...easy parking and shops close by if you don't have a car

Lovely stay at The Reading Room. A charming and well set up property. Perfect for us and the garden was safe and secure for the dog, a big plus for us. Situated well for visits to beaches.

Beautifully renovated barn with so many personal touches, everything was absolutely perfect. Nicki and Ian were wonderful hosts; warm welcome and everything we needed. This was my second time staying here. It's a lovely little apartment, feels really homely. Perfectly clean and has everything you could need. The apartment is very easy to find and check-in to. Adam is a great host, very friendly and fast to respond to messages, he goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect. I will definitely be staying again!

Booked at very late notice but thankfully Ben got back to me quickly and was very responsive throughout the stay. The cottage is beautifully decorated and has everything you need and more. Felt very cosy and relaxed there. Loved the working stove. Great spacious parking facilities. There’s a hotel about 10 mins walk away that serves good food. Perfect location for exploring Norfolk.

Great little space for my short stay. I was running the Boston marathon so this was perfectly situated within minutes of the start (also meaning you can avoid queuing up for the loo, total bonus), and use the compact little kitchen area to cook up your pre-race food just as you want. Was the perfect space to chill out in.

Savio's apartment is spacious, clean and beautifully decorated which is equipped with the household essentials I need. It is located in a pleasant and quiet neighbourhood and local shops and supermarket are just across the road. Savio is friendly, considerate and responsive host, who ensures I feel at home. Our communication is clear and smooth. I really enjoy my stay and would recommend this place without hesitation.

Steven's apartment was clean and comfortable, everything you required for a pleasant stay. Also Steven went out of his way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The location was excellent for exploring the area. Would recommend staying there.

Cannot fault these lodges or michelle as a host. Everything was perfect, clean, comfortable and the lodges definitely have that added feel of luxury. Will 100% be returning. Thank you apple tree lodges for a perfect break. Beautiful lodges in a beautiful location.

Our third visit. The accommodation is compact but everything needed is there. Comfy beds. Nice shower. Kitchen area has limited items but enough for our stay. Nice pub grub places not too far away.

We were a family of 4 plus a labrador and the home was very spacious and light. The area was quiet and peaceful and as dog walkers, we enjoyed the local nature reserve. I would recommend Marc and his property, because communication was good and the home was spacious and clean, plus it had board games, which we enjoyed playing.

We had a lovely time at Sam's home. Myself and partner stayed with our 11 month baby, 2 year old, and 3 other family members. We all agreed that the good aspects of this home were VERY good and enabled us to have a brilliant time. The garden, pool and outdoor shower were the definite highlights of the stay. Inside the house was clean and the layout and space worked well for all 7 of us. As stated above, certain features of the stay were outstanding which is why we gave it 5 stars but there are a few aspects we felt could really take it to the next level. Not being able to flush toilet paper, electric bin not working, big crack in top landing window, bizarre food left in fridge, freezer and cupboards (beetroot in fridge, cat food in cupboards), door handle broken in downstairs bedroom leading to garden, dishwasher full on arrival, blinds not rolling down/up properly etc All things that are easily sorted and would ensure the same high standard throughout.

We had a wonderful stay at Ivor’s place! The house was spotlessly clean, really well equipped and had everything we needed and more. Sofas and beds comfortable, garden lovely and secure. There was really helpful information from Ivor about everything in the house and the surrounding area. My favourite thing was being so close to the beach that you could hear the sea waves from the garden. Thankyou Ivor - we would very happily stay again and hopefully will one day!

Great value for money. Joy was super responsive and proactive in communicating. The place had lots of space with very comfortable beds. Thoroughly enjoyed our time playing games, cooking and hanging out together.

Shelley’s house is amazing. Could be more perfect. It was the most equipped house I have stayed in. Among the vast variety of glass the the only thing missing were champagne flutes, but we understand these break easily. The beds were super comfortable. The outside table sn chairs were lovely. We had the best weather an were in the garden the majority of the time. So clean and the decor was high end Shelley if you ever consider selling you house please reach out to me as I would love to buy it xx
