Holiday houses in Fenigli

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist geräumig, sehr gepflegt und sauber und auch top ausgestattet. Auch die Außenanlagen (der Garten und der Pool), welche wir leider viel zu selten genutzt haben, sind in großartigem Zustand und werden vom Gastgeber liebevoll in Schuss gehalten. Sehr gefreut haben wir uns über die selbst gebackene Leckerei bei unserer Ankunft und die Grundausstattung für das Frühstück. Die Wohnung liegt günstig für viele Unternehmungen und obwohl sie nahe an einer Straße liegt ist es trotzdem sehr ruhig. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Betten waren toll und die Klimaanlage war ausgesprochen hilfreich, genau wie die Fliegengitter vor allen Fenstern. Wir können einen Aufenthalt bei Giampietro und Susanna wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank, dass wir so liebevoll aufgenommen wurden.

Abbiamo usufruito dell'alloggio per una settimana per motivi di lavoro, la zona è super tranquilla e tornare a casa la sera è stato sempre piacevole. Andres sé stato molto disponibile, abbiamo avuto un'inconveniente con Air Bnb per la fatturazione e gentilmente ce lo ha risolto lui, inoltre si è reso disponibile e flessibile per il check Out venendoci incontro con esigenze lavorative nostre. Super consigliato

Wat hebben we het heerlijk gehad bij Pio. Eerst nam hij alle tijd om ons allerlei tips over de omgeving te geven, inclusief leuke restaurants en een geweldige ijssalon. Het appartement is heerlijk lekker ruim, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De plek is echt zo gaaf! Het mooiste uitzicht, het heerlijke zwembad en natuurlijk de vuurvliegjes ‘‘s avonds. We hebben enorm genoten en zetten deze plek in onze top 3!

Die Wohnung war für uns als sechsköpfige Familie ideal: 3 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett bzw Stockbett (eins davon allerdings sehr klein mit Stockbett), 2 Badezimmer, ein großer Raum mit Küche, Wohnzimmer und Esstisch. Zudem ein überdachter Balkon mit Sitzmöbeln. Der Garten inklusive Pool ist wunderschön angelegt. Man merkt, dass da viel Herzblut drinsteckt! Zu allen Seiten hat man einen wunderbaren Blick. In der Gegend gibt es viel zu unternehmen, schon das nahe gelegene Fossombrone ist hübsch. Niccolo wohnt im Erdgeschoss, die vermietete Wohnung ist im ersten Stock, das macht die Kommunikation einfach. Aber auch per Nachricht hat er immer schnell geantwortet. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Wir waren eine Woche im Haus von Nicola, und wir fanden es sehr schön! Ein gemütliches, liebevoll hergerichtetes altes Haus in toller Lage am Rand eines sehr schönen kleinen Ortes. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig, abends sieht man Scharen von Glühwürmchen und hört die Frösche quaken. Fratte Rosa ist ein hübsches kleines Dorf in toller Lage mit wundervollen Ausblick, und obwohl der Ort sehr klein ist, gibt es eine ungewöhnlich gute Infrastruktur, z.b. einen Bäcker, eine Apotheke, einen Metzger, kleine Lokale etc. Außerdem kann man großartige Ausflüge in alle Richtungen machen. Eine große Empfehlung von uns!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa meravigliosa struttura a Pigno di Cagli e ne siamo rimasti entusiasti. La casa è nuova, elegante e confortevole, con un'atmosfera accogliente che ricorda quella di un rifugio di montagna, grazie al soffitto in legno che dona calore agli ambienti. La cucina e il salone sono spaziosi e arredati con gusto, dotati di ogni comfort, inclusi smart TV e WiFi. Situata in una zona tranquilla, abbiamo dormito benissimo e ci siamo goduti appieno la pace del luogo. La posizione è ideale: vicina a Cagli e Acqualagna, ma con una vista panoramica mozzafiato sulla valle e sulle montagne circostanti, che ci ha lasciati senza parole. Un soggiorno perfetto per chi cerca relax e natura. Lo consiglio vivamente e spero di poterci tornare presto!

The house itself is immaculate — spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and filled with charming touches that reflect the Tuscan countryside. The accommodations were incredibly comfortable, from the cozy linens to the spacious layout that gave us plenty of room to relax and unwind. Every corner of the home felt intentional and inviting. We especially loved waking up to the peaceful surroundings. It truly felt like a retreat.
