Ez a 62 m2 es apartman a karintiai Feldkirchen városka csendes utcájában fekszik. Külön bejáratú, földszinti, két hálószobából, nappaliból es fürdőszobából áll. A nappaliban konyhasarok található. Kényelmes elhelyezést biztosít 5 fő részére, de 1-2 napra 6 ember részére pótágyazható. Karintia az 1000 tó vidéke, a közelben található a Wörthersee az Ossiacher see, Gerlitzen és a Turracher Höhe síparadicsom is. The chalet is located at an altitude of 1720 m, has a sauna and is accessible by car all year round. For summer vacationers, there are hiking and mountain biking opportunities. Lake Ossiach can be reached in 25 minutes by car. In winter you are in the middle of the Gerlitzen ski resort. The chairlift of the Wörthersee descent is a 2-minute walk away. Ski tours or snowshoe hikes along the snow-covered ski slopes or in the forest are also popular.

The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time.
