The apartment is nicely furnished and equipped with every comfort. We had a very pleasant stay! We also liked that there were chickens and two cats, and a beautiful garden that we could walk through and sit in. We occasionally had a chat with Anja and Uwe, very nice hosts! The location is also great: in the centre of the town with shops, restaurants, the harbour and the train station within walking distance. In short: recommended!

We had bad luck with the weather, but not with the accommodation. The location by the lake is great, ideal for families with children. I find the apartment beautiful and lovingly and stylishly designed. Torsten is a very good and friendly host, all questions were answered quickly and very kindly and it is really a place where you can feel comfortable. Good atmosphere! When our son broke something, it was not a drama but a "don't worry, we'll take care of it". Thanks again!!

I stayed with my partner in Conny's apartment off peak season (mid-March). The apartment is fantastically beautiful and the communication with Conny is very straightforward. We particularly loved the great equipment of the AirBnb's and the geographical location is wonderful. The sauna in the bathroom completes the experience and the place Rechlin invites you to relax. Since there was a small misunderstanding in the amenities, Conny met us with a late check out - we found that very convincing. Smaller shortcomings: - the apartment belongs to a holiday park, communication and check-in/out ran via Conny, but on site via the park and on the way information has been lost/incorrect/confusingly placed. - Off season we had enough privacy - but if there were more neighbors or the other houses in the area were fully booked, it would be too narrow. The bottom line is that we found it to be easily too high-priced. ✨Still, off season will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful stay with our child and will definitely come back. Although it was so central, it was relatively quiet and the apartment was exactly as described in the pictures. Also the sofa bed in the living room was very large and comfortable and you could even stay there with two children Simone always responded promptly and we are really very satisfied.

The place was great! Plenty of space to retreat, very clean and well equipped. Communication was easy and super helpful for local tips. In terms of location, it could hardly be better - whether harbour or old town. We felt super comfortable, can highly recommend the apartment and Dariusz as a host and will definitely come back! We spent our holiday in Burkhard's apartment. We travelled with our 1.5 year old daughter and felt very comfortable in the apartment. The apartment is very spacious, but some rooms are quite dark because the apartment is in the basement. But that didn't bother us any further, because we were mostly on the road during the day anyway or used the great winter garden. The equipment was, as described, completely sufficient. There was also a high chair. The on-site contact was through Ms R., who was very warm and kind. If we had any questions, we could easily reach them via text message. The key was deposited in a key safe on arrival, which we found and opened without any problems.

Review: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) Had a wonderful stay at the place! The apartment was very clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location was quiet, but still central – supermarkets, cafés and public transport were easily accessible. The host was very friendly, easily accessible and responded quickly to any questions. The check-in was very quick and easy. I particularly liked the small personal touch in the accommodation, such as fresh towels, a welcome greeting and good tips for the area. I would come back anytime and can fully recommend the property!

We enjoyed the week at Marzena's very much. The accommodation is very quietly located within walking distance of the lake, where you can also use the rowboat, e.g. for fishing. We were also allowed to use the garden and bicycles, which we really liked. Beautiful bike tours and hikes can be started from the property. Marzena always provided us with good tips on excursions and restaurants and was always approachable. If we find ourselves in the area again, we wouldn't hesitate to come back.

If you're looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be. The house was perfectly prepared upon our arrival: the beds were freshly made, everything was clean, tidy and immediately ready to move in. We found the kitchen to be particularly practical, where you could start cooking and frying right away. We will be happy to come back. Many thanks!

We had a great week's holiday in Germany near Berlin while staying in the countryside, very quiet, peaceful, not far from a few villages with shops and restaurants. Very functional, complete, clean, large accommodation with 2 bedrooms, the small landing with armchairs for reading and view of the small water point at the end of the street was much appreciated by the family. After a long search, we discovered Max's beautiful holiday home for us and our 2 dogs and spent a relaxing week's holiday here. The entire property is fenced, the garden and the large covered terrace were perfect for our four-legged friends and for a few rainy days. The holiday home is equipped with all the necessary things, simple and yet loving and functional. One of the 3 bedrooms is a walk-through room, but that was not a problem for us. The nature, the tranquility and the proximity to the lake and the small bathing bay were perfect for us, with our bicycles or boats to rent we could easily explore the surroundings. In the small local kiosk, you can get fresh bread rolls and a small selection of groceries. There are restaurants and a highly recommended café. Max was quickly reachable and very likeable in the run-up to the booking and also during our stay. We felt very comfortable here and would be happy to come back.

It's so nice and quiet.... the place was good for us, travel a lot during the day as everything can be reached quickly by car. Fast communication.

We were very warmly welcomed by Ms. Lange and were able to feel right at home after an introduction to the special features of the apartment. It becomes clear that the maintenance and cleanliness of the accommodation are of great importance. The kitchen is really excellently equipped and otherwise everything you could ever need is in the apartment. The location is quiet and you can walk to the beach in no more than two minutes. The train station is also less than a 10-minute walk away and the bus runs in front of the house. There are shops in Ahlbeck - you can get here by bus within a few minutes, or you can walk. The apartment thus proved to be an ideal starting point for our activities. In the apartment, there is also a box available, with all kinds of information and programs, to suggest leisure activities. If we have any questions or “special requests,” the hosts Lange are quickly accessible and extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you!

I was with my family in Zinnowitz over New Year's Eve. The apartment is in a quiet location. If you're looking for something quiet, this is the place to be. The way to the beach or the pier in Zinnowitz is relatively short and easy to reach on foot. There are many restaurants and also shopping. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures. Some groceries were even provided for a possible breakfast / lunch. Coffee, drinks, milk, toast, butter, jam, pasta, pesto, etc. - all that was available. Shower gel, hand cream, toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc. were also provided. The landlords were very friendly and helpful. We were even allowed to stay one night longer. Thanks again for that!! An earlier check-in was also possible without any problems, as well as at checkout. We definitely had a great getaway and also a great New Year's Eve.

We had a great holiday and a very pleasant stay in Katharina's beautiful apartment. There were two of us in the apartment and there was plenty of room. The balcony with the extremely practical insect protection doors was very nice. The fact that there is a swimming pool, sauna and fitness room in the house is very pleasant. Although I would have liked the water in the swimming pool to be a little warmer. The proximity to the beach is very positive, within walking distance in three or four minutes and we enjoyed the beach chair that Katharina provides with the apartment. The train station in Zempin can also be reached on foot in 5 minutes and we have used the train a few times to visit the Kaiserbäder. The connection is very good and the ticket is covered by the tourist tax. In addition, the area is great to explore by bike. Great bike paths. All in all, we had a great holiday and I can highly recommend Katharina's apartment.

Regina and Dieter are lovely people and immediately showed us the places and pointed out the opportunity to do. The apartment is quiet and close to the lakes. The country road is not intrusive in terms of noise by our standards. The apartment is nicely divided and is very clean. By bike or on foot, you can get to the forest very quickly and have many destinations to explore within reach if you don't mind movement. My wife and I had a really relaxing time, thank you for that.

We had a very relaxing few days. The apartment is really cute and nicely bright. We were able to look through between the houses and directly at the harbor. Everything is available in terms of amenities, we didn't miss anything. Everything worked smoothly. The garden is super nice and the seating on the lake is a dream.
