The small village of Lichtenberg is a state-recognized resort surrounded by the Feldberg lake landscape. 1.5 km away through the forest is one of the most beautiful swimming spots in the region at Breiter Luzin.

Apartment in an external location

The holiday apartment is located on our small, secluded farm, where we and our animals live. It's suitable for 2–4 people, but possibly also for more, thanks to a pull-out sofa, a cot, mattresses and/or camping outside. The apartment has a south-facing window to the garden, where animals sometimes graze. You can also relax and have a campfire there. The swimming area is 10 minutes away. Footpath. The bike path "Spur der Steine" passes by here and is nice for inline skating and cycling.

We rent this beautiful apartment in our large, rustic farmhouse, which we have lovingly renovated exclusively with natural building materials. The apartment faces southeast and you can have breakfast in the morning sun. It has everything you need for cooking and when the moon rises you can light a small fire in the garden. In the Mecklenburg Lake District, there are an incredible number of great lakes and you can go cycling & hiking. Blankensee/Meckl. even has a train station.

The approx. 58 m² accommodation is lovingly furnished and offers space for up to 2 guests. It features a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom.

Apartment for 4 people, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom. IMPORTANT: Please bring your own bed linen and towels. Pillows and blankets are there, it's just about the bed linen, sheet size: 160 x 200. On request, we could provide linen packages, the costs of €20/person would have to be paid separately in advance. The apartment is on the ground floor. On the 1st floor above there is another apartment, which is also partly used privately in summer. See the notes below.

We love contrasts - In Schloss Lanke, we rent a spacious 100 sqm loft in the attic. A castle loft. French Neo-Renaissance on the outside, subtle minimalism on the inside. Urban living comfort meets the lush nature of the Barnim Nature Park. Both together create the perfect setting for rest, relaxation and deceleration. In addition to vacation rentals, Schloss Lanke also houses the owners' apartments as well as office space on the first floor. We respect our privacy.

We rent out 2 appartments. You are looking at the larger unit. (The smaller unit you find here: https://www.airbnb.de/rooms/21896074) The stable from 1891 was renovated into a 3-unit-home in 2016. The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.
