Enjoy this quiet, little gem of a cottage on Fejø. Here, the sunrise can be enjoyed & you can jump into the sea, within a 5-minute walk. The small cottage has 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed and 1 bedroom with bunk beds + annex (120 cm bed). The toilet is accessed via the small hallway, in the middle of the cottage. Bathing can be enjoyed outside, all year round with cold and hot water faucet. So there is NO indoor bath in the house. The wood-burning stove and heat pump are installed in the middle of the house, electric radiators. Stove & small fridge in the kitchen.

In the living room, there is a comfortable double sofa bed, a cozy work corner, as well as an atmospheric dining area with a beautiful chandelier and a farmhouse blue table.

All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. The holiday home is located in Sønderby on the island of Femø with rural surroundings and the most beautiful view of the field and the Smålandshavet - which is a bird sanctuary. Here, the family can enjoy peace and quiet in our bright, 160 sqm home on two floors on the west side of the island, with the most beautiful sunset over the sea. At night, you will be surprised by the clear starry sky. The house has Wi-Fi fiber 1000 Mbit. When the heat is needed, guests pay for the consumption of the heating oil at the daily price.

We are ideally situated near Pedersborg and Soro lakes-a ten minute walk away. Many visitors come to Soro for a peaceful walk around the lakes and a tour boat ride in summer. You will be a 2 minute walk from the bus stop and a 40 minute train ride from Copenhagen.
