Holiday rentals with a patio in Federal Heights

Sandi's place is amazing!! At first I was a little hesitant because it is on the basement level, but the basement gets natural light and you have a huge space for yourself that is extremely clean and modern. The bed is suuuper comfortable and big and you get a modern kitchen and bathroom. There are restaurants nearby and ubering downtown is around 10-15$. Sandi is a fantastic host and was always attentive of my questions and concerns. Would definitely recommend!!!

This is my second stay at Jeanne’s place and I love it! She is a great host and her place is so clean and well appointed! It is convenient to Boulder when I travel here for business. I will return always when available and on business trip.

Nick’s home is exactly as pictured and very very clean and well kept. It shows as new. He also goes the extra mile with nice furniture and comfy beds. Stayed a whole month while moving from Home A to Home B and needed a AIRBNB for the gap period while I closed on the new home. He’s very responsive to any issues. Lives like a traditional apartment with full size appliances including washer and dryer. Cooking is a breeze and the kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cookware. Most major fast food and restaurants/stores are less than 10 minutes by car.

Joel was great. The place was beautiful and centrally located. The rooms were nicely furnished, with just enough furniture and a stocked kitchen to meet our needs as professionals coming for a conference. We paid half of what it would have cost us to be in a hotel! The air mattress wasn’t great for our third person, but we talked with Joel and his wife about it and they came over to make things better. I have the sense they plan to address this for future reservations because they genuinely seemed to want us to be comfortable and happy. One thing to know is that the apartment faces a railroad track. If you are a light sleeper you might want to sleep in the bedroom closer to the front door, because we couldn’t hear the trains at all from that bedroom. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I was super impressed with how responsive and kind Joel was whenever we reached out to him. I would definitely rent this place again next time I am in Denver!

Sandy's place had everything we needed for a four night stay. The space is comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen set-up and amenities made it easy to prepare meals. Beds are comfortable. Hosts are very responsive to requests and questions. Location is wonderful with grocery and restaurants within easy walking distance as well as easy access to bus line to the airport and through town. Hiking trails right out the door.

Julie’s little basement apartment is small, cute, clean and cozy. Close to our son’s dorm room at CU so great location for us. Perfect spot for one or two people. If you are noise sensitive, you do hear host above and there are quiet hours as stated in listing so really this spot is for a morning person as indicated. Thanks for hosting Julie!

House well arranged with all that you need. Clean and neat. Easy to access. Well located. Rob is a very responsive host. Would stay there again if another opportunity arises.

I stayed at Raj’s beautiful place for 4 nights and I absolutely loved it. The pictures don’t do justice to the actual place. There was everything and beyond what I needed. Incredibly clean, quiet, safe. 15-minutes walk to the convention center. E-bikes and e-scooters available everywhere around the neighborhood. Very close to a huge grocery store to fill up your fridge. I truly felt at home, would absolutely stay again and can’t recommend enough.

This is my third time staying at Sally’s place with my dog, and each time it is wonderful! Definitely becoming a home away from home for us and looking forward to another stay!

Great cozy stay with very friendly hosts

Julie's place was clean and as advertised. Plenty of space for myself and two friends. The rooftop deck was fantastic for relaxing with coffee in the morning and evening lounging. Centrally located so easy access to downtown Denver, but also close to cute neighborhoods. Would stay there again!

Kari’s place was great! She was very responsive when I had a question. We appreciated her hospitality.

The house is immaculate and gorgeous- a modern marvel with great inside and outside areas. Spacious and naturally lit, it was a great place to hang out and stay!! Clear directions and labeling of where things are made staying seamless and smooth. Thank you Aidde!!!

the place is perfect if you are traveling with dogs, they had a great fenced in yard . it's only 20 min away from Red Rocks too so it's a double win!

What an amazing gem right in the heart of Boulder! The place was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything I needed for a comfortable extended stay. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions, making it easy to explore. Melissa was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. From thoughtful touches to her accommodations, her hospitality made all the difference. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and can’t wait to return!

We had a lovely stay at Nataliya's condo. It was squeaky clean with everything we needed and a few more items in the kitchen than we expected (spices, eggs, and condiments in the fridge). Absolutely loved having access to a full kitchen and we enjoyed our coffee/tea in the morning and cocktails in the evening on the back patio. It was quiet and close to the park for late day strolls. This place was so perfect the first time we decided to stay again. Our second trip was as good as the first, this place was perfect for us. The house is located in a great spot, close to everything we wanted to do. It has everything we needed and was more than comfortable. Our host was super responsive and we hope this place is available when we come back next year!

Kayla was wonderful she responded very quickly ! The property is beautiful, we saw deer ! The drive to the location was very scary though , but that isn’t Kayla’s fault ! Enjoyed my stay would stay again!

The host was super communicative and check-in was easy. The location was perfect for exploring and 10 minutes away from downtown. The airbnb was clean, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated. We especially loved how spacious the airbnb is itself. Overall, a fantastic stay! Highly recommended. We'd definitely stay again.

Ji and Ryan have been wonderful host. Their place is very clean, well stocked (kitchen, bathroom), smart, and the area is quiet, There is a Safeway 6 minutes walk, and downtown (Sheraton area, Art Museum, etc) is only 20-25 min by foot. We felt safe, even at night. Ji and Ryan were extremely nice and went out of their way when a hot water problem happened for the whole building just before our arrival. Fortunately, all was repaired just after we arrived. They were very helpful and quick to message and reply.
