Monthly Rentals in Feather River

Michael and Mark's studio was the perfect setup for my 2-week stay. They were very responsive and helpful with several issues that came up during the 2 weeks. The location worked out for my needs, but there was more road noise than expected (mainly because I didn't know Second Street was such a busy street). I felt very safe at this location and would recommend it for easy access to the 70 and 99 highways, both of which I had to use nearly every day during my stay. Loved seeing all the animals roam around every day in the yard!

This place is perfect for a couple or even when traveling alone. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet with easy access to restaurants, parks, grocery, gyms, etc... Kristina was more than accommodating and responded within minutes. 10/10 recommend and would book again!

Johnson House was very comfortable. There's a nice backyard and a handful of balls and a bocci set. The kitchen, bed, and bath were very functional. It was nice to be able to do laundry,play board games, and watch cable TV. Shevaun is an excellent host!

Lots of space. Comfortable furniture/beds. Great kitchen, stoves, dishwashers! They all work perfectly. Easy to do laundry too! Host is very nice, and easy to contact.
