Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Fayetteville

This rental is a great find for our family. There is a bike path just a block away that will get you to basically everything Bentonville has to offer. Additionally it's just a few blocks from the Momentary and the great restaurants near there. One of the features of the house that isn't mentioned in the description but is necessary when visiting Bentonville is the garage. Storing your bikes and being able to come and go with no car use just adds to the at-home feel of the rental. All in all it was a great experience and we will definitely stay here again.

This was our second stay in this home, and it was great! The primary bath has been beautifully updated. The entire home was clean with welcoming touches. The location is close to University of Arkansas but feels secluded because of the quiet street and lots of trees. Highly recommend!

The home was just as we expected. Little touches were a bonus. The best is the beds. They are literally a dream. And thank you for checking in on us. I felt like we were talking to friends. Take care and we’ll see you again.

Another WONDERFUL stay at The Masterpiece Trail House at Crystal Bridges! Everything - from the communication, the location, the cleanliness & amenities, design, and ease of check-in - was just perfect! Truly the only place to stay in Bentonville!

The space was impeccable. Beautifully done. It was quiet and walkable to all the things we wanted to do in Bentonville. It was the perfect day trip for us to get away. One million percent would go back.

The Razorblock was our best stay in Fayetteville so far. The house was spacious and spotless with comfortable beds, plenty of towels, lots of natural light, most kitchen items, a few pantry items, and several thoughtful supplies. Our host included coffee and snacks; white noise machines, dimmable reading lights, and smart TVs in all the bedrooms; body wash, lotion, shampoo & conditioner, toilet paper, and hand soap in all the bathrooms; tissues and throw blankets; and all the necessities to keep the place tidy. There were even motion-sensor nightlights/walking path lights. We also appreciated the well lit parking space. The area felt safe and was easily walkable to restaurants and a grocery store. It is very close to the UArk campus, but the walk does involve crossing a busy street and climbing steep hill—may be difficult for older or child guests. Drive to campus was easy. Check-in/out was simple, and our host was responsive, helpful, and friendly!

We assumed there was a B bathroom downstairs and planned to let our disabled mom use that area. The stairs were very difficult as she has Parkinson’s and uses a special walker. Pointing this out in the listing would have been helpful for us and others like us. Though there was some uncleanliness, it didn’t pose a huge issue for us. The home is VERY well stocked and the only complaint we have is the bathroom which we should have not assumed was downstairs. Beautiful area and nicely decorated home.
