Our wooden double house is located on a former farm, between fields, forest and a meadows. The altitude is very quiet, with beautiful views, good air, and lots of sun. The house is cozy with a wood-burning stove and solid wooden furniture. There is an open barbecue fireplace and sun loungers on the south-facing terrace. From here you have your children in the view on the large playground. Hiking trails in the Spessart, Mainradweg and many castles, vineyards and half-timbered towns await your visit.

It has morning sun on the roof terrace with a distant view and a balcony. 1.60 m bed, bathtub, TV, WiFi and kitchenette. Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. You can reach a 24-hour shop and restaurant within walking distance, and a 5-minute walk to the bus to Aschaffenburg HBF. I am looking forward to your visit !

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

The modern residential unit consists of upcycling overseas containers. The disused freight containers have found a new home with us - a safe harbor in Wertheim. From the creative upcycling idea, not only our environment benefits, but also you. The 26m² Tiny House offers you everything you would expect from a modern microhouse. A kitchenette, a private terrace, an illuminated parking lot right outside the front door and the good feeling of living in your own house.

Idyllic vacation home in the Odenwald

Visit us in our newly renovated vacation home on the over 1000 m² property with directly adjacent stream, covered balcony and large garden area! The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. Our small retreat has been completely renovated and newly furnished inside and out. Take a break and recharge your batteries with cozy evenings by the fireplace :-)

Our renovated apartment is close to the Main bike path and has a large, well-equipped kitchen-living room with stove, oven, dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Towels and hair dryer. One bedroom with a 1.80 m bed for 2 people and a bedroom with a 1.40 m wide bed, bedding included. Car parking space in front of the house with the possibility to charge an electric car for a fee.

This tiny studio apartment is located in the Bestenheid district, only about 2 km from the city center and almost at the same height as the old town. (No uphill climb) Located directly on the Main bike path, it is ideal for cycling tours along the Main. Faulbach is the ideal starting point for bike/MTB tours, and hiking trips in the Mainvorland and Spessart, fishing on the Main, archery course nearby, or just to relax.

You can relax and plan your vacation days on the picturesque garden terrace. From here you have a fantastic view over the Maintal and Wertheim Castle as well as the Spessart. The city center is 10 minutes by foot.

Living in the picturesque mill valley: This unique accommodation surrounded by forests and meadows is a wonderful place to relax. The rustic, stylish apartment is part of a yard with animals such as dogs, chickens and horses. Next door, the stream splashes through the valley, opposite the sheep graze - a dreamlike piece of nature!
