This place is excellent! Super fast wifi and AC are so rare in London. The location cannot be beat, I took day trips all around England!

I loved my stay at Elizabeth’s flat! The location is unbeatable—just steps from Kilburn tube station on the Jubilee Line (which runs all night!), plus the Overground and several bus options nearby. Getting around London, even late at night, was super easy. Elizabeth is the most thoughtful host I’ve ever met. This was my first solo trip to London, and she patiently answered all my questions before and during the stay. She always made herself available and made me feel totally at ease. The flat is full of charm—not your average rental. I loved the big bay window in the living room, the well-equipped kitchen, and the peaceful garden view from the bedroom. It was bright, spacious, and had everything I needed for a truly comfortable stay. It honestly felt like home away from home. I travel to London often, and Elizabeth’s flat will be my top choice going forward. I’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful apartment excellent location to explore London

Chris's flat was perfect. It is very convenient and within walking distance of multiple bus stops and metro stations. Cozy and quiet, it is cheerful in ambiance and comfortable after a long day exploring. Chris is extremely friendly and kind in communication, as well as quick to respond and helpful. I'm very glad I discovered this gem and would definitely recommend it.

My 12 year old granddaughter and I were at this apartment for one week and it was perfect for us. . Sandeep graciously waited for us although we arrived later than expected. He was available , answering any query very quickly and went out of his way to help with unexpected logistical issues we had .There is a grocery store right under the apartment which is open until relatively late which was very convenient. Quiet neighborhood. The apartment overlooks a courtyard with trees. Easy accessibility to the underground

This was a wonderful place to stay. It was walkable to so many interesting places (St. Paul's, Barbican Center, Tower Bridge, Borough Market) and easy to walk to the tube to reach museums and other sites. The direct link on the Elizabeth line to Heathrow and St Pancras (train) made travel easy. The host was so helpful, providing suggestions for activities and being responsive to our questions. She really went above and beyond in helping us get settled. Truly wonderful. The apartment was the perfect size and the outdoor terrace was a special treat. Would love to stay here again when in London.

This is a great find in a wonderful neighbourhood - easy walking to Bloomsbury and Covent Garden and fabulous restaurants in all directions. The flat is neat, comfortable and spacious and well laid out and a real bargain with two very private bedrooms and two bathrooms. Checking in and it was easy and there were very helpful people a phone call away to clear up any confusion. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Jennie's place! There was plenty of space for the three of us, with two in the bedroom and one on the (very comfortable) sofa bed. All essentials provided and clear communications with the host. Exceeded expectations. Jennie's place is beautifully appointed and is very convenient for getting into London. Regular buses directly to Trafalgar Square (for the West End), 25-minute walk to Kings Cross, and a tube station right on the doorstep! Overall, we had a fabulous stay and would gladly stay in Jennie's flat again. 😃

We stayed in 4 different cities and AirBnBs this summer and this was by far the best! Great layout, cute decor, well maintained, clean, super comfortable beds. It’s in a cute & quiet neighborhood - basement level but it’s a walkout so tons of natural light. Good instructions on everything with QR codes so it was easy to figure out. They even let us store our bags early while the cleaners were there since our flight arrived early. Really loved it- this is a great value. Do yourself a favor and book it immediately!!

I have stayed at over 20 AirBnB’s in the Holborn area and can honestly say this is the best value - utterly wonderful stay with many nice touches. Natalie was a brilliant host - 5 stars all the way!

Neil's place was in a perfect location. Really near several tubes, so very well connected. It was great being so close to the canal and lots of places for coffee and dinner. Neil allowed us to check in and out at a time flexible for us which was great. Would really recommend!

The location is totally perfect; right by Farringdon tube station and yet feels like a private, out of the way, street. The area is very cool, with the vibrant Exmouth Market a short walk away and Leather Lane street food just up the road. You can use it is a base and get anywhere in the city very easily. It’s a gorgeous town house and you get the two top floors to yourself. It is light and airy and neutrally decorated so is a very calm and relaxing place to stay.

Exceptional location. Great restaurant next door. Had breakfast there every day. Lots of pubs and restaurants within 2 blocks Subway and Big bus for tours within 2 blocks as well. Quiet. Perfect fans for warm days. Comfortable bed and great view Will use again when back in London

Maggie’s place was fantastic—the perfect place for exploring Borough Market and beyond! The apartment was very clean and tidy. It was also beautifully decorated and such a relaxing place to unwind after our busy day out. The hot tub was a massive bonus—talk about luxury! Responses from the host(s) were prompt, friendly, and informative, answering any and all of my questions. We truly appreciated the effort Maggie & co put in to making our stay comfortable. We had a great stay at Emilia’s home in Greenwich. The location is excellent - close to everything and easy to get around. Just a heads-up: it's situated on the path of the London Fire Brigade, so you might hear sirens at night. Earplugs are a good idea if you're a light sleeper. That said, the apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and great value for money. Emilia was a thoughtful and responsive host. Would definitely recommend!

So I stayed at this property for 7 nights. Very prime and posh location. Very well connected to all the tourist hubs as well. Things of daily needs such as gym, grocery etc everything available at the street downstairs. Felt very safe to be there. The apartment was absolutely squeaky clean. Fully loaded kitchen and bathroom. 100 percent recommended for short and long stays be it family, couples or solo. Will definitely come back when in London next time.

We were so fortunate to spend four weeks in March in this special place. It was very inviting, comfortable and clean. Simon is, indeed, a superhost. He is so nice, and made such an effort to make our stay pleasant and memorable. There were fresh roses on arrival, along with milk, water and some lovely snacks. Self-checkin was a breeze, so appreciated after a long flight. We didn't have to commit to a specific time which is always appreciated. He even offered to arrange a mid-stay cleaning, including a change of bed linens and towels, for a very reasonable fee. We took advantage of the offer, and it worked out very well. It was a treat to return at the end of the day to a fresh apartment. The neighborhood fantastic, beautiful and so walkable. Public transportation is very convenient, but we took advantage of the great weather and did lots of walking. We hope to return in the future.

Our short stay at Debbie’s flat was so good! She let us pay £10 per each hour before check in time which was so worth it as we arrived with 4 kids in the morning so it was nice to check in around 11 and get our bags settled so we could spend the rest of the day exploring! The flat was so cute and free of clutter, comfortable, and such easy walking distance from Kings Cross so it was very easy to get around. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and we would honestly want to stay there again if we make our way back to London! Thank you so much for everything!
