Fina kakelugnar värmer skönt och köket är stort och rymligt Vintertid finns fina förutsättningar för skidåkning för längd och utförsåkning vid Romme alpin. En c:a 8 km lång skridskobana plogas på vår sjö med anslutning c:a 100 meter från gården. Huset är beläget nära städerna Falun och Borlänge.

The house is surrounded by beautiful nature and the historic Rommehed. Bed linen, towels, soap & toilet paper included. Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Charming villa in the middle of the World Heritage Falun

Välkommen till vår enkla men charmig villa med avskild innergård, belägen i Faluns historiska gruvarbetarkvarter. En 8 minuters fin promenad längst med ån tar dig till centrum. Nära koppargruvan, caféer, restauranger och mataffärer. 3 km från Lugnet. Fullt utrustat boende, även med elbilsladdare. Villan har till viss del äldre tapeter och möbler och passar er som gillar att bo i ett hus med karaktär. Lakan/handduk kan hyras för 150 kr/pers. Fråga oss gärna efter lokala pärlor!

Boende närmare vattnet är svårt att hitta. Att ta båten eller vintertid gå ut till Holmen utanför för att grilla och se på solnedgången är ett extra plus. 2 supboard finns att hyra, samt elmotor till båten. Se även min guidebok som finns i min profil. Internet fungerar bra med mobilt bredband via Telia m.fl. VINTERINFO: Romme Alpin och Kungsberget är slalombackar 65 km bort. Ryllshyttebacken är en trevlig familjebacke 12 km bort.

Here you live in a cozy timber house from 1909 with modern amenities. Walking distance to Ludvika's range of shops and restaurants. In winter, there are good opportunities for skiing, both in tracks and downhill. Romme alpine is 30 minutes away. Summer time there is possibility for fishing in Övre Hillen. Fish from the jetty or rent our plastic boat with electric motor (SEK 150/half-day 8-12, 12-16). Fishing license SEK 50/day.
