Our house is located with a magical view of Siljan and Rättvik. The apartment we rent out is located in NB, in a two-storey house, and was completely renovated in spring 2023. The apartment is approximately 60 m2 and comprises a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a large Sweef Björnen Divan sofa bed (160 cm bed width) and a recliner bed, and a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a fully tiled bathroom/toilet with a shower. You have access to your own patio with outdoor furniture, barbecue and a large lawn that invites play and socialising.

Magical views overlooking Lake Siljan from a 32 m2 glass-enclosed patio. Large property of about 1,500 m2 with only about a 10-minute walk to the city center. Close to several restaurants, swimming areas, fishing and bike trails. Living room with a fire place. Three bedrooms, furnished with double beds in two of the rooms and four single beds in the third. There is also a guest house with an additional 2-3 beds, which can also be rented at an *extra cost*. For families with children: There are some sliding doors on the patio that *CANNOT* be locked.

Storstugan

Here you get the chance to stay in a spacious house with nature right on the doorstep. The farm is surrounded by forest and meadows and about 100 meters below the house, Rogsån river flows by. There you can take a swim, walk, run or ride a mountain bike along the many trails that are nearby. Distance by car: Lugnet, Falu Mine and Falun C about 10 minutes (8 km) Swimming beach 1.5 km Alpine resort in Bjursås (20 min) and Romme (40 min) In winter, there may be ski and snowmobile tracks just below the house if the snow conditions are good.

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. 200 meters to the lake and your own jetty. Three bedrooms with double beds in each. Glazed porch with dining area. In the middle of nature with many nice walking paths along a cultural-historical hiking trail. Rich mushroom and berry forest. Only 3 km from Falu Mine, 5 km to Falu city center and 6 km to Lugnet sports facility. Possibility to rent a sauna on your own jetty. In winter, it is close to ski trails, long-distance skates and slalom slopes. Charger for hybrid car is included.

The house is located on the quieter side of the stadium, which means you avoid the worst traffic during competitions. On the property, there are horses and cats.

Charming Miner's Farm Old Manor House

Welcome to stay in this house located in one of Falun's oldest districts. A charming older house with a nice courtyard and walking distance to the city center. Gamla Herrgården is a district in the old wooden town that has to some extent retained its medieval character. The wooden town district Gamla Herrgården as well as Elsborg and Östanfors are designated as particularly valuable areas, but the entire inner city is part of the World Heritage Falun and thus has special cultural-historical values.

Completely renovated holiday home about 69 m2 with year-round standard. The leisure house is located in Sollerö holiday village in close proximity to swimming at Siljan beach, about 15km from Mora. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and more. There are also four bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace and a bathroom with a laundry room. In addition, a roofed porch with outdoor furniture and a trolley deck in the southwest facing.

Rent our pool house of about 20 sqm with a spacious hall, a bathroom with laundry facilities and a room with a kitchen, a sofa and a 160 cm bed. Bedlinen and towels are included. Parking directly outside included. You can store your skis or bikes in locked space if you wish. About 800 meters to Lugnet's outdoor area with cross-country tracks, bathhouses, bike trails and the university Dalarna. 3 minutes drive to the city center and grocery stores.
