Easy access to everything from this perfectly located base in Næstved. Less than 1 km to the city center and station. 300 meters to Næstved Arena, stadium and high school. Small annex with sofa and TV, dining table and 2 chairs, the kitchen, private bathroom, downstairs bedroom with double bed 140x200. Private enclosed terrace with barbecue and outdoor fireplace. Not suitable for poor walking or small children, due to steep stairs. Private entrance through the garden. There is a small dog at the address, but not in the annex. Cozy and central apartment with its own outdoor area.

The apartment is 55 m2 and contains a bedroom, kitchen/living room and bathroom. In the living room, there is a sofa bed that sleeps two and a dining area for four people. The kitchen has an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The bedroom has a double bunk bed and access to the shared garden. From the bedroom, there is access to the bathroom with double sink, toilet, shower and washing machine. NOTE! Please note that an additional fee is payable for adults number three and four. Children are always free.

Cosy and budget-friendly setting for your weekend getaway or holiday - with two spacious rooms, bathroom with toilet, small kitchen with everything you need for cooking, and a cosy common area with space for dining, games and socialising. The property consists of two houses: one for the host family and one for you - only with a shared entrance. Full access to the plot's facilities and direct access to the sea.

The little green well house

Small annex just behind our own house, the house has everything you need for a holiday, or an extended weekend. As the house is not large, we recommend the house for 2 people, with the possibility of bedding for an additional 2 people. You can park right in front of the white gate and it's free ;) 10 min walk to beach and forest. 20 min walk to cozy marina. There is a lovely cafe on the way to the harbor, here you can also buy ice cream. In addition, the city has 2 supermarkets, and a Pizza restaurant.

Birkely Bed & Breakfast

Birkely Bed & Breakfast er et charmerende nyistandsat gæstehus på 38 kvm med lækkert badeværelse. Huset er flot og hyggeligt indrettet med køkken, spisebord, stor dobbeltseng og lænestole. Der er direkte udgang til privat terrasse, hvor der er udsigt til mark og skov. Vores gæstehus ligger naturskønt, tæt på skoven og kun 3,5 km fra Præstø By og havnen med dens restauranter, cafeer og ishuse. Der er mulighed for at købe morgenmad, som bestilles ved ankomst. Rygning er ikke tilladt på ejendommen.

Oprindeligt opført som hestestald i 1832, er denne bygning nu ombygget til en charmerende bolig med eget køkken og toilet. Perfekt til en weekendtur eller et stop undervejs på cykelferien. I stueetagen finder du et åbent køkken og stue i ét, med adgang til en privat terrasse samt et badeværelse. På første sal er der et rummeligt værelse med fire enkeltsenge og udsigt over havet fra den ene ende af rummet. Boligen skal efterlades i samme stand som ved ankomst.

Lovely little private bungalow for 2

A small lovely annex located in a large garden with its own driveway, so our guests are all themselves. The car can be parked all the way up by the annex, and with outdoor lighting, you can easily find the front door. The house is 22 sqm. An incredibly cozy little universe, close to nature with large windows and a small wooden terrace. Here you will find both a small kitchenette, where it is possible to make cold meals, and a private bathroom.

Idyllic in cozy Præstø, South Zealand

Cozy furnished annex of 39 m2 with separate bathroom. One-bedroom apartment containing double bed, sofa corner with TV with the possibility of 2 additional beds on the sofa (children), dining table space and kitchen with oven and refrigerator. The annex has been newly renovated with a gentle hand and we have tried to make it as cozy as possible. Also, outdoor nook when the weather permits. It is possible to buy breakfast if we are at home.

Relax and enjoy a peacefull stay surrounded by grasing horses and close to bird and seal sanctuary. Take a trip to Møns white cliffs, some of DK’s most beutifull nature or go to CPH, only 1 hour 15 minutes from here. Visit the small towns round the area, all offering restaurants, museums and things to see. We have a dog, she loves people and loves to greet you at arrival.
