Monthly Rentals in Falling Waters

My husband and I stayed at Mike's Cabin with our dogs and absolutely loved it! We were in town for my father's celebration of life, so the peacefulness and serenity of the cabin and river was much needed and very appreciated! Everything about our stay was easy, from check-in to check-out. The Cabin was very clean and well-stocked.

I can’t say enough. This place was perfect for me while I was here working an assignment. I highly recommend and will stay here every time I am in town.

Jillian was a fantastic host! Her home was beautiful and centrally located to what we needed. Definitely stop by the shop downstairs, it's full of the cutest selections of clothing, accessories and goodies!

Sandringham House was my home away from home when I started a new job in September. I stayed there for a month on weekdays to avoid my long commute. It is a cozy, comfortable, and well-equipped studio apartment, one of many units Derw offers around downtown, with easy access to everything. Brix27 is right across the street and saved me plenty for food after work. I could always park my car right in front of the building, and a no-hassle city parking pass is easy to obtain online at a very reasonable price. The unit faces the back, which helps with the street noise. I have never had any issues with sleeping. The building is secured with a locked front door and a keypad entry. Ben and Drew have been wonderful hosts, responsive within less than 1/2 hour, sometimes within minutes, and always answered my questions. I highly recommend that anyone who wants to visit the area for work or pleasure stay at one of Drew's gems!
