Thank you for the wonderful stay in this special accommodation. Everything is furnished with attention to detail and you feel right at home. You don't hear any noise from the other apartments. Beautiful large balcony. The kitchen had more extras than shown in the photos: oven, induction hob and a dishwasher. Good insulation and roller blinds, we did not need air conditioning at 30 degrees. The owner is very friendly and accommodating! Good parking in the side street and great area with great connections. Thank you very much 🌸

Very nice place to stay with all the things you need, good connection due to proximity to the train station and ultimately a communicative host who is extremely helpful!

We felt comfortable in Petra's self-contained apartment just outside Berlin. By car, it is about 10 minutes to the nearest train station Falkensee, where there is a large free parking lot. In the modern renovated apartment, everything was available for 4 people. Petra is a nice attentive hostess and was very easy to reach.

We had a truly wonderful stay with the whole family! The house is brand new, spotlessly clean, and equipped with smart home technology—everything was modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. It's located in a peaceful, quiet area very fit for relaxing, yet very well connected: just about 25 minutes to the center of Berlin by public transport. The neighborhood felt safe and calm, a perfect contrast to the buzz of the city. It was the ideal base for exploring Berlin while also enjoying restful nights away from the hustle and bustle. Kai was very welcoming and professional, making sure everything was perfect from start to finish. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the care. Highly recommended—I'd definitely come back again!
