Welcome to our lovely accommodation on Skrea beach in Falkenberg of just over 80 m². The house is 60 m² with an open floor plan for kitchen, living room as well as 2 bedrooms and a small bathroom. From the living room a generous wooden deck is accessed where the grill is ready. On the plot there is also a farmhouse (Attefallshus). The house has 2 bedrooms of 12 m² with a hotel feel. Skrea beach is only a few minutes walk away. The accommodation has wireless Wi-Fi and the possibility to park 2 cars. For an electric car there is also a charging box.

Located in a quiet area surrounded by housing, playground, pizzeria, school, parking, office with walking distance to the city center where there are lots of cozy restaurants and shops as well as to beaches with nice swimming. Please note that there is a major construction project in Varberg, tunnel construction, double track and new station building that may affect the area where the house is located, mainly weekdays during the day.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Here you live in a cozy house on our farm, the view is fantastic and it is not impossible to see fallow deer and moose grazing in the field. At the back, there is a large balcony where you can see the sun rise. Proximity to lakes with fishing (fishing license required) and forest, 9 km to central Halmstad and 7 km to Hallarna where there are also restaurants. If you want to get to the sea, there are several nice beaches within 15 minutes' drive. Breakfast can be booked the night before.

In the large room there is a kitchen area with dishwasher. There are two single beds located. A half staircase up is two beds. A staircase down the bathroom with a shower, WC, washing machine and iron. Two outdoor spaces with a smaller and a larger garden furniture. Mattress, duvet and pillow are available for the beds. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. We rent out our summer house, which is located in central Falkenberg. The house is secluded, like a little oasis. It is very child-friendly as the garden is shielded from view with lots of vegetation and secluded from traffic and roads. Here you are close to the city center and all the nice restaurants and cycling distance to lovely Skrea Strand (4 km). It is a large plot of land with a lot of grassy area where it is suitable for play and why not barbecue in the evening?
