No fixed ladder to the sleeping loft. No fence at the pond or towards the road. All stay is under your own responsibility. A basket of firewood for the cabin and one for the sauna are included. Lugnt och fridfullt boende med Suseån som tomtgräns. Här finns altan, stor terass, egen brygga och grillplats. Huset är nyrenoverat och har tre sovrum. NYTT 2025! Två enkelsängar där det innan bara fanns en enkelsäng i sovrummet uppe. NYTT 2024! Två Standup padel! NYTT 2023! Vi har nu tre kanoter som finns till utlåning! Cyklar ingår och det finns olika promenadstråk i närheten. Det är ca 3,5 km från havet och 9 km till Falkenbergs centrum.

Med kor betandes vid tomtgränsen och Varbergs surfkultur runt knuten så är detta den perfekta platsen för avkoppling och rekreation.

The cottage is in a quiet and good area and only 400 meters to the nice sandy beach in Olofsbo. It is bright and open with living room, kitchen, toilet with shower and two bedrooms. There is a large wooden deck and several patios for both morning sun and evening sun. There is access to both a barbecue and two bicycles. Walking distance to restaurant, grocery store, pizzeria, pub, campsites and marina. A wonderful place!
