Holiday rentals with a patio in Faliraki

Rocco and Marta were great hosts, and responsive with help. Really amazing location to enjoy Old Town, the historic sights, restaurants and shopping. To note - it was fine for me, but some may find the bathroom a bit tight. You also have to be careful in using the shower as to not spray water beyond the glass pane. Patio setup has changed but is still nice. Otherwise, apartment was clean and looked just like the pictures.

Mario’s was amazing with his beautiful family team , me and my wife felt right at home. Super generous beyond compare. If you’re looking for a beautiful romantic place this is it.

Michalis was the most friendly and approachable host we’ve ever had the joy to stay with. Nothing was too much trouble. He offered suggestions and advice on arrival, but was never pushy. We asked for food recommendations locally and he gave us 3 excellent choices. We ate at 2 of them and they were incredible. He helped us book a taxi and got it to come directly to us, and even advised a great place to park in Rodos. It’s clear his passion is the people he has stay with him, and he is naturally talented at it. The accommodation was gorgeous, along with a beautiful pool and daily cleaning checks. It is centrally located for the island, and really easy to get about. There’s even a super market right next door. 5 stars across the board

We had a great stay at this apartment. It was hard to pick a location in Rhodes because we had 3 days and wanted to see different parts of the island. We settled on this one because it is close to Rhodes Town but also across the street from a nice, quiet beach. It is about a 25 minute walk into the old town, but a quick drive. There is lots of parking outside the apartment. The beach is immediately across the street and the apartment has beach gear. There are a number of restaurants and shops nearby and the marina is a quick walk. The apartment has been fully renovated and is in great shape. Greg was very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again if we return to Rhodes!

Recomnendation. Book Simi travel bus tour to Panormitus in advance, which costing 10 Euro as of 2025, June. Then, you can jump the tour bus from the ferry port directly without 10 min walk to the port town. Panormitis is a must-go-see where you see a beatiful small town with the contrast of THE cobalt blue sea and light yellow town collor. About location and stay. Nice friendly owner and easy to get there. There is only one route of the public bus - so-called 'Mini bus' that is bound for Pedi beach. The bus station is located in front of the port town from 10 min walk distance on your left. This site is just next to the first bus stop of the mini bus. Don't go around the port town to find this site, just get on the (yellow) mini bus, and get off at the first stop.

Fantastic stay - I think easily the favorite of our trip. The host was amazingly responsive, to the point that I wonder if she ever has any personal time? She helped us arrange for transport to and from airport; highly recommended, as finding the apartment on your own in the maze of streets could be challenging, and the driving service carried our bags and took us to the door. Host was also quick to respond to requests for restaurants and lined us up with a very convenient car rental service for exploring the island. The apartment is charming and, though a little small, quite comfortable; we did not find ourselves needing more space. Air conditioning and wifi worked great. Would highly recommend this property and the host.

We just had the most perfect time at Dimitra’s place. The villa was spotless and beautiful, just like the photos. The amenities are wonderful - everything you need to be comfortable and feel just like home, such as a smart tv, aircon, a washing machine, lots of kitchen equipment and more! The location is also perfect. There is a shortcut through to next to Napoli pizza within 1 minute from the villas, and lots of other restaurants and bars are within walking distance. There is also a bus that runs every 15 minutes from the road just outside the villa, either to/from the airport or to/from Rhodes town, so we didn’t need a car during our stay. Dimitra herself was amazing. She met us at the property late at night to ensure she showed us around and welcomed us with a great hamper of food and drink which we appreciated so much. She also answered any question I had and even let us stay in the villa until our late flight. Perfect stay, we can’t wait to come back!

We are an older couple and we felt so relaxed in Yannis’ place. After busy day full of sightseeing, one has a peaceful modern place with two bathrooms and modern kitchen where one can cook and sip wine on balconies and there is a beautiful rooftop patio with a million dollar view of the sea or sunrise. The host is friendly, we also met his friendly daughter Elena and the parking was always easy. Greece left us thus with many beautiful memories! I would rent this place again or highly recommend it to anyone.

Antigone was extremely helpful and kind to us! The home is in a wonderful location right next to the beach and a little more peaceful on the edge of the town. Everything was very clean and tidy when we arrived and the beds were very comfy. Altogether a wonderful stay - thank you Antigone!

It will be difficult to find negative points about the accommodation offered in a place away from the crowds of springs. Sincerely, I will come back and recommend this place.

Unfortunately, I only spent 5 nights in this beautiful accommodation, but I enjoyed every minute. A very nice garden, terrace, house and outdoor area super well maintained. No wishes left unfulfilled! Ideal for one or 2 people, quiet environment Mikhail and his family are very nice, helpful, open and kind. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank you very much for the great time I was able to spend with you. There is a beach nearby (coarse gravel, very clear water) where you can always find a place. There are also plenty of shopping options, from small to large, depending on your needs. It is only a 3-minute walk to some nice family taverns. Some tours or visits are highly recommended, for which Michail and his family can give great tips. If there is an emergency, someone can always be reached directly. I can fully recommend the accommodation and will DEFINITELY book there again - but then for longer!

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful little house in Rhodes! Despina and Paul were incredibly kind and accommodating, they responded quickly and clearly to any questions we had, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and supported throughout our stay. The house is beautiful, tidy and well-equipped, and in a perfect location with a supermarket just 5 minutes away. The area has lovely locals, with great bakeries, restaurants, and cafés nearby. Inside, there’s a cozy space to relax and watch Netflix, and outside, a peaceful seating area to unwind after a day out. The weather was stunning, and the beaches are easy to reach, including one right in Paradisi! The bus stop by the airport is an 8-minute walk, making travel around the island convenient. This little house truly felt like a home away from home. We’re so grateful for the experience and hope to return in the future. Thank you so much for everything, Despina and Paul we hope to return! Bleantia and her family are super hosts who welcomed us personally, provided us with coffee and cake and on the day of departure we were able to stay until 3 p.m. Even it was 💙 nice, thank you that our vacation was sweetened with it.

The stay was very good, it was clean and the accommodation as described. There was a little too much chlorine in the jacuzzi, but nothing too bad. We can recommend the accommodation and had a great holiday there!

Absolutely fabulous stay, apartment was extremely clean, everything was the same as photos, host was there to meet us, very friendly and helpful host, I would not hesitate to stay again and would recommend to anyone. Within easy walking distance to Rhodes Old Town and New Town, nice cafes nearby.

We spent 5 days in George and Cecilie’s apartment and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The apartment is great. Very good location, close to the local bakeries, cafes, small shops and restaurants. It’s just a walking distance from the old city of Rhodes. The apartment is also very well equipped and clean. Also, the owners are flexible, hospitable and brilliant communicators. I would highly recommend the place!

Where to begin. They said it was "a little piece of luxury" They were not kidding. By far the best Airbnb apartment we have stayed in, with the most responsive helpful host. Directions were perfect and easy to follow and Paulos was there with a friend to greet us and help us upstairs with our luggage, even though we arrived late, around 11pm. Complimentary wine and beer to welcome us. The apartment is stunning. From the huge, so comfortable Sealy bed to the pristine, modern fitted kitchen, beautiful bathroom, with rainforest shower, soft towels and bathrobes. Instant hot running water throughout. TVs in lounge and bedroom, with Netflix, Amazon Prime and more. Comfortable lounge. Doors to terrace from bedroom and lounge. The terrace is huge and stunning and hot spa and the sun all day. So central for everything. Beach, restaurants, bars and Old Town. Paulos was so attentive. Text every day to check we were OK. Great tips in welcome brochure. Superb value. Highly recommend. Giorgos apartment was very nice, clean and spacious. Giorgos was very communicative and quick to respond, he also very kindly gave us a list of recommendations for things to do and also good resturants (we tried 3 of them and they were all worth the hype). Overall 10/10 would recommend again. It was a 10 minute walk from the old town, and about 25 minutes to some of the beach clubs.
