Maison Juniper - Private cabin

Our quiet and stylish house is centrally located in Åtvidaberg with walking distance to swimming, golf course, shops, restaurants, forest areas and many other activities. The detached house is located on the plot of our larger residential house with access to patio and parking. In the nearby area, there are many excursion destinations. Close to Linköping, Norrköping and Västervik. About 2.5 hours to Stockholm and about 3 hours to Gothenburg. The house is best suited for the adventurous/active couple or small family. We will be happy to help with info.

Stay like Michel/Emil in Lönneberga. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation in our small village. Small sandy beach and pier with rowboat for a trip on our own little lake. You can fish freely as much as you want. Hike or just enjoy the quietness of the forest West-facing deck for lovely evenings grilling accompanied by the fallow deer Excursions to the coast, Kolmården and Astrid Lindgren's world Åtvidaberg has one of Sweden's finest golf courses. Bed linens, towels and cleaning are not included.

Cabin by Storsjön

Lakeside cottage in cozy village with walking distance to country shop. with ICA To Go, pharmacy representative and Systembolaget representative as well as Qstar. Access to rowboat, fishing waters and cozy walking paths. Municipal swimming area and multi-arena, distance 600 meters. The nearest town is Valdemarsvik, 1.5 miles. There is a bedroom with a 180 cm bed and a small TV room with a sofa bed for two. Kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer and stove with oven. Toilet indoors and outdoor shower with hot water.

Secluded cottage by a small lake

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. A small cottage located by a lake with access to its own jetty, wood-fired sauna, boat and free fishing. There is access to, among other things, a refrigerator, TC (dry toilet), fresh water in a jug and charging via a USB port and solar cells (see picture). The cabin is heated with wood. Sanitary facilities are 4 km away with access to shower and toilet. There is a forest road to the cabin. The guest cleans themselves and brings their own sheets and firewood.

Källvik, Gammalskeda

Here you can relax in peace and quiet but still be close to shops and other facilities. You have large areas with lawns and proximity to the forest with nice walks right outside the door. Child-friendly nice swimming area is on the other side of the lake 1.5 km from the house. The house has three bedrooms upstairs with 2 beds in each room. On the ground floor, there is a toilet, two common rooms and a kitchen with all the necessary equipment for your stay, in the basement there is a washing machine and a shower room

Welcome to Gula Huset in Ukna! Newly renovated house with nice garden and close to both forest and lake. Located in the middle of Ukna, about 1 hour by car to Astrid Lindgren's World and 1.5 hours to Kolmården Zoo. Two bedrooms with a double bed and a smaller crawl space with a single bed are on the upper floor along with a toilet. Downstairs, there is a TV room with sofa bed, a living room with fireplace, toilet with shower, spacious kitchen and dining area. Perfect for families with children or larger groups!

A classic Swedish cottage in beautiful surroundings, just by a small lake where you can swim from private bridge and row in a small boat. The house is 50 m2 with one bedroom with two beds and living room with bed sofa for two. A lovely terrass with bbq and sun beds with view over the lake. Bathroom with toilet and shower with hot water. 15 min from Åtvidaberg, 45 min from Linköping. Close to interesting sights in Östergötland. Many golf courses close by, Åtvidabergs Golf Club only 10 min away.

Perfect house for the larger group that wants to be close to the sea and be able to enjoy time together in a large garden and nice patio with sun from morning to night. The plot of the house is adjacent to a marina where there is a nice boat ramp to be able to launch your own boat. Rocks and beach swimming nearby. Oxelösund is a fantastic archipelago town with many gems to visit. Good connections with highway only to Oxelösund. 10 minutes by car to Nyköping and only 1 hour to Stockholm.

In Västervik's archipelago is beautiful Gränsö, which is a peninsula and a nature reserve located about 5 km from the center of Västervik. Västervik became the summer city of the year in 2020. On a unique waterfront plot in one of Gränsö's best locations, we rent out our fresh 56 sqm cottage, from 2013. The cottage has 2 bedrooms + sleeping loft, kitchen and living room in an open plan with a fireplace. The cottage sleeps a total of 5 people. Toilet with shower and washing machine.

Get to know the rich fauna and flora directly from the terrace or during long walks in the area. After a dip in the lake, enjoy a barbecue on the attractively lit terrace.
