The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

Enjoy your getaway on the water – no boating license needed – aboard an anchored historic Dutch houseboat! You’ll be picked up by dinghy in Werder (Havel) and experience genuine Robinson Crusoe vibes on this little gem. The gentle sound of the waves and the ever-changing views of the river Havel, as the wind keeps the anchored boat slowly moving, are all part of the charm. Maximum standing height below deck: 1.75m. In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Within walking distance you can reach the supermarket and a bakery or café for breakfast. Dogs are welcome here. We are looking forward to your interest!

It is also an ideal starting point for excursions to the parks and castles. Cecelienhof Palace is, for example, only a 10-minute walk away. The historic city center offers all tourist amenities with a wide range of cultural activities.

Our cozy apartment is part of our detached house in Paretz as an in-law apartment. Our beautiful garden can be shared with our animals (dog, cat and sheep) and invites you to relax and linger. Nature lovers and peace seekers will certainly get their money's worth in Paretz; whether walking in the nature reserve of the "Paretzer Erdlöcher" or relaxing at the Havel swimming area, which can be reached in just a 10-minute walk.

Our houseboat is a cozy, modern fixed boat, which is located on a jetty of a campsite. The high-quality equipment and the fantastic view over the Templin lake make it difficult for us to leave every time. In summer we enjoy the 90 sqm roof terrace, which also invites you to barbecue. Through underfloor heating, fireplace and private sauna, we make our houseboat a fantastic retreat even in winter.
