The house consists of 3 floors with bedrooms on the 2nd floor, kitchen, utility kitchen, living room, hall, entrance and toilet on the 1st floor and basement with furnished living room with double bed, 55" smart TV and private bathroom with washing machine and dryer. A short distance to Teieskogen and Rosanes (Beach, volleyball, playgrounds, marina) driving distance to Tjøme.

It's a unique view. Here you can sit with your morning coffee and get peace of mind by looking out over the lake. Large window surfaces mean that you always see the lake. At the back you can grill in the evening until sunset. There are also opportunities to fire up the outdoor fireplace to get warm in the evening. In total there are 3 fireplaces for wood burning. New functional kitchen with an island that can also act as a workplace. There are four bedrooms of which 1 double bed. The other bedrooms have 1 1/2 beds. There is a short distance of 1 km to the Coastal Trail

We primarily rent out to quiet families with children. The tenant must be at least 25 years old. The home is suitable for 7 people, plus any children in a travel cot (included).

The villa is located in a quiet residential area, with only a 7-minute walk to Tønsberg city center. Here you can easily take advantage of everything the summer town has to offer; Brygga, Slottsfjellet, restaurants, shopping and much more. In addition, there are short distances to great beaches and beautiful archipelago with sun and bathing opportunities.

The villa is located on idyllic Husøy on the outskirts of Tønsberg. Husøy is an island with approx. 1000 inhabitants. On our island we have a golf course, several beaches, a football pitch and a beautiful coastal path. The nearest beach about 350 meters from the house has a jetty, beach, playground and volleyball court. Here you can also find Ole3, a ferry that goes to Husvik. This is free and you can bring bicycles on the boat. The nearest grocery store is about 1 km from the house. It is 10 min from Tønsberg and Tønsberg Brygge by car.
