In the living room there is a 75" TV with several streaming services and most channels, a large sofa and fireplace. In the bedrooms you sleep in comfortable double beds in good quality. 2 story summer residence with an annex for rent with all necessary equipment for 1-3 families to vacation without having to bring lots of equipment. Lots of toys both outside and inside. The house is close to the sea with a short walk to the beach (500 m) and Marina (300m). Unfortunately the house does not have a sea view. At the marina you will find bakery outlets, restaurant Havhesten and ice cream shop. Close to the house is also Gamle Ormelet which has exhibitions and concerts. Bus 02 to Tønsberg/Horten and Hvasser stop right outside the house.

From the house you have walking distance to several different activities such as cozy Teieskogen and Kaldnes city beach. In the city center you will find a great selection of restaurants, cafes and shops. It is also walking distance to nice hiking areas, saunas located in the Oslo fjord as well as several playgrounds. Basement floor is the past under renovation but there is access to the toilet and laundry room with shower.

There is also plenty of space inside so here it is possible for two families to spend time together. Bring your own boat or rent a boat here (with fishing equipment and water skiing). Boat place is nearby. 2 terrain electric bikes can also be rented. Interior interior is of older vintage, but clean, neat and in order. Nostalgic and charming.

Sun from morning to evening. Outdoor parking for up to 4 cars. Short distance to the bus and grocery store. A great starting point for exploring nice swimming beaches as well as the fantastic archipelago around Nøtterøy and Tjøme. 5 km into Tønsberg city center. Sports ground, golf course, etc. in the immediate vicinity. A good place to be during summer!

Relax with the whole family at this cabin at Tjøme! Nice and cozy cabin on Hulebak in established cabin area a few minutes from the sea. Two bedrooms, large terrace with barbecue, large retractable table with chairs. Large umbrella and sun bed. Renovated in 2016. Boat included, 14 foot GH14 with 15 hp Honda outboard motor that can be used for island trips and exploration around the wonderful Tjøme archipelago. The island is great for activities such as hiking and biking, with paths across and across.

Dette lille sjarmerende huset ligger i første rekke til sjøen på Nesbrygga, som ligger på Nøtterøy. Huset er renovert og holder gjennomgående høy standard. Nydelig utsikt over sundet både ute og inne, gode solforhold og fantastiske solnedganger. (ingen solgaranti selv på solkysten;) Bademuligheter finnes to minutts gange fra huset, og ellers er det flere fine strender i nærheten. Dette er et hyggelig sted med masse sjarm og god atmosfære med alle muligheter for å skape gode ferieminner.
