Beautiful little house by the water in Tønsberg

Enjoy quiet days in a beautiful annex 100 m from the water. Quiet and peaceful surroundings. Lake view. 6 km from Tønsberg city center-summer town. The host lives in the main house on the property. There are a few meters between the buildings. A bedroom with a double bed, large closet. Living room with kitchenette, bathroom and hallway downstairs. And terrace with lake views. From the hallway there are steep stairs up to the loft which is described as bedroom 2, there are mattresses and cozy space. Not suitable for those with fear of heights. Large window (see picture).

Annex at Hvasser-Compact living

The guest house is located on an island at the end of the Oslofjord with walking distance to beaches, hiking areas, harbor and shop. The house is 26 m2 and has everything, but not a private bedroom. Good for hiking, biking, swimming, family friendly, marine life or kiting. Restaurants in season. The guest house is best suited for up to 2 adults and possibly one child. Guests clean, wash and bring their own bed linen. (Washing can be ordered for NOK 1,000). Possible to rent "blocked" days and an additional room by agreement.

Cozy annex with evening sun far into the evening. Proximity to the store and the lake which is 2 km away. Bus stop only 250m away. Charcoal grill (in summer) is available and a small terrace with table and 2 chairs. Inside there is a bedroom with a 120 cm bed. On the loft there are 2 pcs 75 cm mattresses. Duvets and pillows are available for 3 people. Bed linen and towels are brought or rented. All kitchen utensils are available. Wi-Fi. TV with chromecast. Tønsberg city is 8 km away. Sandefjord Torp Airport is 30 km away.

Charming guest house

Guest house with exit to a small sheltered valley. Spacious bathroom. Kitchen in the main room. A bed of 150 cm x 200 cm. A bright garden room with a daybed of 90 cm x 200 cm and table/chairs. Undisturbed terrace outside. Parking space is right next to the house. A large and simple barbecue. The place is peaceful and undisturbed with hiking trails to Eidene, Verdens Ende, Ormelet and Tjøme city center. Short distance to several public beaches. Bakery, ice cream bar and restaurant at Ormelet, about 10 minutes walk.

We rent out an annex/skipper's room that is located as a side building to the main house. Separate with private entrance and patio. Good standard with kitchen, bathroom, vestibule, living room and sleeping loft. Direct exit to sunny patio/garden with seating area, sunbeds and gas grill. Quiet and peaceful villa area with 300 m to the lake with great swimming areas, marina and the beautiful archipelago in Færder National Park. Possibility of agreement on rental of guest pass in local boat association.

Gammelt, men sjarmerende gjestehus. 1. etg er 34 kvm. 2. etg (soveloft) er 20 kvm på. Fredelig beliggenhet. Lite inngangsparti, spisekrok, liten kjøkkenkrok og stue i 1 etg. Nyoppusset sovesal i andre etasje med to gode senger på 140 og 150 cm. 2 puter og en dobbel dyne i hver seng. Privat skjermet uteplass uten innsyn. 5 min fra Tønsberg sentrum med bil. Matbutikk, bussholdeplass , treningsenter, badeland i gåavstand. 15 min å gå til sykehuset. Angående husdyr må dette avtales på forhånd.

Perfect as a base for experiencing vibrant city life in Tønsberg or exploring the summer islands of Nøtterøy, Tjøme and Hvasser by car, bus or bicycle.

Mini house near the beach

Only a short walk to the beach and the marina with summer restaurant and bakery! Forrests nearby with fabulous trails and walks. The comfort of a tiny house featuring full bathrom with shower and washing mashine, kitchenette and sitting area outside and inside. Busstop to Tjøme center, Tønsberg and Hvasser right by the house. The shared garden has lots of toys and activities for children of all ages. Football field just 300 m from the house.

Cozy barn apartment on Nøtterøy

Leiligheten har to soverom, ett med seng 120 cm og ett med seng 150 cm, et kjøkken og en hyggelig stue. Leiligheten ligger i andre etasje. 5 minutter til nærmeste strand, og 20 minutter til Verdens Ende. 3 minutter unna har du Bris badstu, som kan bookes. Men vær tidlig ute. Vi ønsker at våre leietagere behandler leiligheten pent og rydder før avgang. Det kan oppleves støy fra veien.
