(It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk from the apartment and into the city) The apartment is located on the ground floor of a cozy house in a quiet villa area with the forest and the duck pond as the closest neighbor. The forest has a nice light trail and several viewpoints. With bedrooms, sleeping alcoves, full kitchen, bathroom and spacious hallway you have what you need for an enjoyable stay.

Here there is a swimming area right on the down side and walking distance to both Nøtterøy Golf Course and hiking terrain as well as the coastal path Kiwi, gas station and good bus connections to Tønsberg and Tjøme are right by. There are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and chaise lounge ( suitable for a child to sleep on) and one with 2 single beds that can be put together. The living room and patio are west facing with sea views and sunny.

We are a family that rents out a basement apartment in our house throughout the year. We are located right next to a lovely forest and a stone's throw away from the golf course on Tjøme. It is also easy to get to beach, pharmacy, wine monopoly, the end of the world, the city center, skate park etc. The apartment is bright and nice with its own patio, bedroom with double bed, sofa bed or mattress on the floor.
