La casa è molto grande e accogliente con un bel camino, inoltre è attrezzata con una cucina per divertirsi a cucinare i prodotti tipici locali. La casa è stata ristrutturata lasciando tutti i muri in pietra, le travi di legno castagno a vista e il cotto originale. Mentre gli impianti di riscaldamento e i bagni sono completamente nuovi. Passare una notte al chiericciolo è un'esperienza unica.

The recently renovated apartment will offer you all the comforts for a holiday in close contact with nature and is the ideal starting point to explore Tuscany and Umbria. The unit is located on the ground floor of a historic building and consists of a large living room, two bright bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen with wonderful panoramic views of the Umbrian hills.

In an hour by car you can reach cities such as Florence, Siena, Perugia, Assisi, in addition to Val D'Orcia and Val di Chiana.

A few minutes from the A1 highway and the Fabro-Ficulle train station, the house is great for a relaxing stay halfway between Rome and Florence. Wi-fi available. Unfortunately, we can't accept children. Please note that heating costs are not included in the price.

Fantastic, recently restored, 150 years old Casale in Tuscany with amazing views. Two bed rooms, a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, a 85" smart TV, a corner with a desk and a fully equipped kitchen.
