The place at Dina's is really great. It was nice and quiet, the garden is fully fenced, so my dog could and was allowed to run free. For a walk, we went right up the hill full of olive trees. We also did a nice trail run. You can be at the lake or at supermarkets in minutes. But the special thing about the place is Dina herself. She is a really great, dear, warm, friendly and talkative lady and always strives to make you feel comfortable. My search dog Dami and I really had a great time. Thank you :)

My family (with our dogs) stayed in Vania's B&B for two nights and we had a great time. Beautiful spaces: from the green and well-kept garden to the interior of the house furnished with taste and care. Breakfast is a treat, both for the layout of the room and for the food offered (very good jams). If we return to the Urbino area in the future, we will choose Vania's accommodation again for our stay!

We had a pleasant stay at Lucas'. Everything was perfect. A carefully maintained residence, perfectly clean. The room is very well insulated from noise, comfortable bedding. Breakfast is very hearty with fresh, quality products. As for Lucas, he is attentive to his customers, accommodating and very pleasant. We highly recommend this property.

Elena and her husband are very warm and attentive to their guests. Impeccable cleanliness, the studio is very large and easily suitable for a family with multiple children. A plus, with a large garden and pool. Breakfast is hearty.

We were welcomed in the best way, Lara's mother immediately made us feel at home by giving us the basic directions. The super spacious room with fantastic terrace, where every morning at dawn we could admire the colors and the sea given the proximity of the house. Every morning we found breakfast ready according to our tastes, and little Mafalda (the cat) welcomed us with cuddles and purring. A wonderful beautiful farm stay with a nice breakfast, great animals and friends for life. We were very late arriving and it was no problem. You can often also observe things being done on the farm like milking cows and cheese making. The room was nice and big with a patio, adjustable heat, great bathroom and water & glasses. Great people to get to know and hang out with. Fantastic local restaurant suggestions made our stay even better.

Absolutely recommended for anyone who wants to explore Le Marche. Beautiful accommodation in a quiet area but by car nearby everything you need. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone and blindly book again when I go on vacation in this region. The hosts have done their best to make you feel at home in a nice, comfortable clean environment and have tips for day trips, food and many other things. We enjoyed it.

Eddie is an amazing host! A few days before, he shared useful information about the property and various things you can see, eat, and do in the area and Assisi in general. He even upgraded me to the one-bedroom apt which was a plus! The apt itself was bigger than I thought and so nicely decorated. I loved having a kitchen and being able to eat breakfast outside in the sun. His son was also working on the property during my stay and was so kind of enough to show me around, which was great as I was traveling solo. The property and location is absolutely beautiful. You can see both Assisi and Perugia from their farm and the pool (which was closed at the time) as views of Assisi. There’s different areas you can explore or sit and relax in. You can easily spend a good hour or so walking through the vineyards, orchard, and open lawn. Additionally, the town Palazzo is a ~30 min walk away so you can grab dinner without your car if needed.

Stuart and Katrina are two fantastic hosts! Friendly, helpful and very kind. The house surrounded by nature is very enjoyable, the pool is super and the room is quiet and well maintained. Breakfast with special hot croissants! Thank you so much for making us feel “at home”!!If we return to the area we will definitely see each other again.

Marco and Karen were wonderful hosts providing privacy and recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. Beautiful property with stunning views and even puppy dog Molly was a sweet girl. Massimiliano and Carmen welcomed us with maximum availability and a lot of friendliness. Great tips on what to visit and where to eat. Superlative cleanliness and attention to detail in the room. Super breakfast, fresh, sweet and savory products, prepared by Carmen. Quiet and peaceful area, but in a strategic position to visit the attractions of the area, such as Gradara, Fiorenzuola di Focara, Pesaro and Urbino. I definitely recommend this property run by people who care about guests.

If you're looking for a place to "unplug" and be pampered, this is the perfect place. Small country villa in the hills near Riccione. Modernized in rustic style, as beautiful as the landscape. Away from the chaos of the city, very rural. Friendly and welcoming host, cute and cuddly kitten. Very nice.
