The apartment is excellent! It is very spacious and well laid out, has two great balconies and a great view of the church. The kitchen is super equipped. Davide is very friendly and responds very quickly. Rooms even have shutters. There are even a few books in the apartment. The furnishings are of very high quality. We enjoyed our stay very much and we will be very happy to come back. Thank you!

We were looking for a place for a single night to enjoy the calm of Lake Como, Gianpiero's place is perfect! Cozy, clean and functional. Steps from the lake on a peaceful little street. Free parking next door, delicious restaurants within walking distance! The welcome aperitif awaited us, a delicate attention much appreciated! We really recommend, thank you again:)

Staying at Stefano's place was just perfect. Particularly impressive was the breathtaking view from the terrace – you can look directly over the lake and can just sit and enjoy for hours. The location is ideal: wonderfully quiet for a relaxing weekend, but at the same time the perfect base for a round trip by ferry to the many places around the lake. The place was very clean and top decorated and Stefano was a great host. Clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back!

We were completely satisfied. Communication with Lory was very pleasant and friendly. In the apartment we particularly liked the beautiful bedroom and the very well equipped kitchen. Parking directly at the house, in a few minutes walk on a beautiful path on the Mera to the nearby old town of Chiavenna , in appropriate weather views of the mountains....fantastic.
