You will also have access to a parking space on our enclosed property. Conveniently located just 5 minutes from tram line C, "Blanquefort station" (Bordeaux - about 25 minutes). Quick access to the Médoc region and its renowned châteaux. Please note, the house is not wheelchair accessible.

The ground floor apartment is adjacent to our house, it has a separate terrace. Living room with open kitchen and one bedroom. The heated pool is shared with us when we are present. The property is located 10 minutes' drive from the airport, 5 minutes from the ring road, 10 minutes from the convention center and the Matmut Stadium. The ocean beaches are 45 minutes away and not far from the wine chateaux and the wine route. You will be 20 minutes from Bordeaux city center.

You'll have no trouble getting there, thanks to the many public transport options that serve the area. The apartment, renovated in 2024, is located on a quiet street, which will allow you to be close to the hustle and bustle of Bordeaux without experiencing noise disturbance problems at night.
