I really enjoyed my 2 month stay here. The appartment was clean and had everything I needed and more. James would respond to messages very quickly and is very nice. I would definitly recommend this place!

We were so grateful to have a comfortable, handicap-accessible place to call home during our month-long stay in Rochester while visiting the Mayo Clinic. The home was perfect for our needs, and the fenced yard was a wonderful bonus for our furry companion. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and feels very safe. We especially enjoyed watching the stunning sunrises each morning and soaking up the afternoon sun from the back porch. With plenty of grocery stores nearby, it was easy to find everything we needed. This place truly made a difficult time a little easier.

Located in a nice area. The wildlife you see is great, and their outdoor cats are very sweet. Clean space, and very responsive hosts. Can’t wait to be back next time we have appointments at the Mayo!
