From St Marys catch the free Mayo Shuttle to other Mayo locations. Beautiful hardwood floors, 1 bedroom with walk-in closet, full bath, Kitchen, Fast WiFi, Smart Tv. THE SPACE IS UPSTAIRS. Welcome to our "little yellow house" (although, it's not really that little). Centrally located in Chatfield - about 20 minutes to Rochester and a stones-throw to many great Root River adventure areas! This house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, spacious living, dining, and kitchen areas, plus plenty of off-street parking space. There is also a secure, oversized single-car garage for safe vehicle storage. It's a 5 minute walk to many restaurants, bars, parks, grocery, convenience stores, etc.

Spacious, quiet 1 BR unit (583 sq. ft.)with all of the essentials and room to relax. The apartment has a living room with a smart TV, kitchen with a dining area, bedroom with a full size bed, office/den area, bathroom with a tub and shower with a dressing area. The kitchen has all of the necessities to make your own meals and there are plenty of extra linens for guests. This is an older home so the hardwood floors creak a little and it has hot water heat. There is free parking behind the house.
