Family-friendly apartment with south terrace on our sunny horse farm

The ecologically renovated apartment (about 60 square meters) is located on our Sonnenpferde farm in a secluded location in the Lippe mountains. It consists of a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (bed 1.40 × 2 m and children's travel bed), living room (with sheep sofa, dining area & TV), as well as anteroom with bed and play corner. So there are 6 beds and a baby crib available. This includes a south-facing terrace. Many animals live on our farm. Visiting dogs are welcome. Riding lessons for children are possible.

Hameln, Rinteln, Lemgo, Barntrup und Blomberg sind je 20-30 Auto-Minuten entfernt;. Minden und Detmold 40 Minuten. Alles wundervolle Städte mit sehr viel alter Geschichte und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wundervolle Wander- und Radwege in direkter Umgebung. REWE, Aldi etc. sowie Bäcker sind fußläufig nah.

Single room in Hameln with everything you need

Small, cozy bedroom with a single bed and bathroom. Exclusive kitchen available, as well as shared use of the laundry room and a private terrace. Parking in the courtyard, to the right of the house. 3 km from the old town. Marktkauf, Mediamarkt, a DIY store and other shopping options are within walking distance. It is a suite in a detached house (bungalow) where our family lives. Please note: We have two lovely dogs (Lilli and Berry) who like to greet our guests.

Kuhlmann's farm with natural swimming pond

Our beautiful, bright apartment is surrounded by meadows and fields in Vlotho-Wehrendorf. Surrounded by many animals and nature, you can forget everyday life here. The large garden invites you to linger. But also in the immediate vicinity you can find great excursion destinations. Due to the good transport connections, this apartment is also particularly suitable for trade fair visitors, business people, fitters or also for motorcyclists on a big tour.

House Tom with sauna and now without electricity costs

Das Haus Tom verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer die liebevoll eingerichtet sind. Das Haus ist Mitte der neunziger Jahre im skandinavischen Stil errichtet worden und im Jahr 2018 aufwendig renoviert worden. Heute lädt das Haus zu idyllischen Abenden und zum Entspannen & Abschalten ein. Kochen mit Freunden ist in der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche ein Genuss. Sauna und Bad sind ein Traum. Apartment "Barn" Large 2-room apartment

Here you have peace and nature! This bright, barrier-free apartment is 94 square meters, has a kitchen with seating, a large shower room, a bedroom (double bed 180 x 200 cm) and a living room with access to the terrace/small garden. 1 child's/extra bed can be provided on request; sofa bed in the living room. A vacation home just as you want it. In the barn there is enough space for storage; please also visit our 1st apartment "Heuboden"

*Glamping* on a country estate (yurt)

At the foot of the Wiehen Hills, under trees, directly on a small stream is the 800 m², completely fenced property. You use this property all to yourselves. The glamping tent is decorated with warm colors, a large bed, lots of cuddly pillows, blankets, bedside tables, lamps and a nice sitting area. In front of the tent is a small campfire place. Under the large weeping willow you will find a romantic sitting area with a grill.

My mono Teuto

NEW: Right next to "Mono" is another house, "Nest in the Forest." You can also visit. Or both… “Mono” is a trailer that was converted decades ago. In the course of a complete renovation, it received a timber frame skeleton all around in 2020 (new roof, new insulation, etc.) and thus a first floor. Size: 3.20 by 13 meters. It is called "Mono" because its exterior, like every room inside, is mainly determined by one color.

Ankommen, durchatmen und die Natur genießen: Dieses idyllische Ferienhaus begeistert mit traumhaftem Ausblick, absoluter Ruhe und einer Atmosphäre zum Wohlfühlen. Direkt vor der Tür erwarten euch über 150 km Rad- und Wanderwege durch Wälder und Wiesen. Highlights wie die Externsteine und das Hermannsdenkmal erreicht ihr in kurzer Zeit. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich ebenfalls ganz in der Nähe.

Das Appartement besteht aus Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Bad. Im Schlafzimmer steht ein Doppelbett, im Wohnzimmer eine ausziehbare Couch (1,20 m Liegebreite). Es ist hochwertig möbliert und mit komfortablem Korkboden ausgelegt. Im Sommer ist Gartennutzung möglich, es gibt einen Parkplatz und Unterstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder. Wir wohnen dörflich, die A2 kann mit dem Auto in 15 Minuten erreicht werden.
