The stay was very nice. The hot tub and sauna were perfect for 2 people! The house looked like the pictures and is very spacious. Large well-kept garden and terrace. We will be happy to come back!

Our stay was a pleasant stay. We were with 4 adults. Ideal because there were 2 floors with 2 bathrooms etc. All amenities were provided. Coffee, tea, spa in the fridge Etc. Pleasant beds. Very neat bathrooms. And then the breakfast. We can only say one thing about it. Most hotels can learn from this. Just a lot of fresh and tasty. In short, a very strong recommendation in our opinion. We may come back

We had a very nice weekend in Joost's Airbnb. The communication was pleasant and the use of the bike rental and the wood for the fire basket were a nice addition to our stay! We enjoyed very much.

As usual, it was a pleasure to stay at Ineke's house. The location is peaceful and easily accessible. The house is functional and beautifully decorated. There is a big garden with a private area. Ineke and her family are very friendly and responsive.

We had a nice stay. Friendly arrival. The cottage is in a beautiful, quiet area. Very homely and very complete and clean.

Joost was very helpful and accommodating, and always quick to respond. The accommodation was great and in an ideal location for us. The east side of Nijmegen is lovely with good bars and restaurants, and the apartment is also a short walk into the city centre. We’ll definitely be back!

The cottage is on a small-scale green park, where you can go with your dog. In fact, it was the Pentecost weekend and I have never seen so many dogs. All in good shape and only friendly dogs. With a few minutes' walk, you can be in the forest, where - in some places - the dog can also be off the lead. There is also a communal swimming pool that you can use. The cottage is comfortable, the bed is good and also in a nice place where you have no view. Communication with the hostess, Jacq, is perfect. She responds immediately to any question. Thank you for the nice days.

This cottage in Groesbeek is wonderful! There is a super nice garden that is very neatly maintained and where you can enjoy the silence with only some croaking frogs in the pond. The cottage is very spacious, it was very neat and clean when we arrived, and there are many amenities that make the stay pleasant. The location is great and the hot tub and sauna are of course also super luxurious. We had a great time! Thank you.

We stayed for a week with a family of four. There was ample space for everyone, and we never got in each other's way. The house is exactly like the pictures and we had a wonderful time. Anja was very responsive and pretty much answered all our questions way before we even got there. We went mostly on day trips while we were there, but we did eat at some of the nearby restaurants (Alverna), which were nice. Our shopping for groceries and such was done in downtown Wijchen, a few minutes drive, with a lot of shops. We had a great experience and will wholeheartedly recommend this house and Anja, especially for extended stays.

We had a lovely stay. We were able to check in a little earlier, for the children everything was already present in the cottage. It was beautifully clean and equipped with all comforts!

Great place to relax, very nice surroundings! You walk out the gate and have all kinds of beautiful hiking trails to go...Plenty and more... to experience in the immediate vicinity of the cottage, we really enjoyed the peace, the silence and the privacy that is offered here. Spotted all kinds of birds in the garden while enjoying a drink; Flemish jigsaws, robins, finches, goats and even 3 black with white colored squirrels that we have never seen in the Netherlands, this was a welcome extra during breakfast on our last day. In short, really a lovely cottage where we thoroughly enjoyed. We stayed there for 3 nights, as far as we were concerned, far too short. The house itself is just a home where you can enjoy a lovely hot tub undisturbed, a hot tub and if the weather allows it a beautifully landscaped swimming pool outside. We took really beautiful walks, the gardens in Arcen we had already been but stay beautiful. So all praise !!

We have greatly enjoyed a small week of rest in this lovely chalet. Everything was provided and more. Frenk responded almost immediately to questions. On top of that, you got a beautiful view! Big plus: our four-legged friends were also allowed to come. Highly recommended 💕

With our family (2 kids of 3 and 6 years) we had a good time. There is also plenty to do in the area. The cottage is a great base for exploring the area. Really everything is present in the cottage; from herbs to towels (and Netflix😉). Highly recommend.

Great ambiance, very quiet and pleasant, a dream to rest. Only it is really hard to transport the things from the car to the houseboat; the path is quite long. It would be good if you could drive to the facility by car to unload. Otherwise everything is tiptop.

Cozy and beautifully finished cottage. Tastefully and cozy. Beautiful spacious veranda where the sun (unfortunately) does not come but around the house enough space to put a chair there for a ray of sunshine.

Miriam's chalet is a wonderful setting for a peaceful break with friends. The surroundings draw you out into the ancient forest and the accommodation is a home from home, a site to reflect, to talk and enjoy a meal and drink (inside or out). The beds are excellent, the kitchen is well equipped and the chairs are comfortable. There is an eatery at walking distance and there are high quality restaurants at cycling distance. In fact if you bring bikes you can leave the car at the chalet. With the amazing spring weather is was a pleasure to be there. We can highly recommend this property and hope to make use of it in the future.

The Woudtplaats: what a great cottage. Very cozy, comfortable, clean, well-equipped kitchen- Wifi - in short, all mod-cons. Beautiful place with a large, nice garden in which to sit, listening to the many birds. We left reluctantly! Wibo and Desiree are great hosts: there was apple pie, flowers and apples to welcome us. Amazing stay! So peaceful and quiet, with beautiful surroundings. We went for a lovely walk, and we were blessed with great weather, so we spent most of our time in the garden area. Whenever we had a question, we were able to communicate directly, and Mathijs and Nilo were very helpful. The indoor space is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and exceptionally clean. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay!

We were 6 people staying two nights in this fantastically beautiful accommodation. The space is completely sufficient, with a large living area and 2 extra separate sleeping berths with double beds. The house is very special and an absolute highlight. In addition, the landlords are extremely helpful and nice. Thank you for the wonderful time we were able to spend with you :) we will definitely come back again

we stayed here over Easter weekend. The house was clean and fully equipped for our 6 month old with a bed, baby bath, highchair and awesome playmat. great kitchen with everything you need. The beautiful garden give lots of privacy and there are lots of lovely birds to see. Would definitely recommend.
