Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Ewijk

We kijken terug op een heerlijk weekje in Huis Ewijk. We hebben 3 labradors (13,5 , 11 en 5 jaar) en een volledig en degelijk omheinde tuin is daarom voor ons heel belangrijk en dat is hier zeker het geval. Het huis is heel mooi, smaakvol en gezellig ingericht, precies zoals op de foto's. Echt aan alles is gedacht, werkelijk niets ontbreekt hier om er een fijne vakantie van te kunnen maken. Bij binnenkomst in het huis werden we al meteen aangenaam verrast door allerlei lekkernijen op tafel en in de koelkast die Justin en Carleen (fijne en attente hosts) hadden klaargezet. Trouwens niet alleen wij werden verrast, ook voor de doggies lagen er snoepjes klaar en 3 heerlijke kussentjes. De bedden (echte goede lekkere bedden) waren al opgemaakt en er liggen ruim voldoende handdoeken klaar. De ramen zijn goed te verduisteren met rolgordijnen en ook zitten overal muggenhorren. Voor ons is het in ieder geval voor herhaling vatbaar, wij komen er graag weer een keer terug!

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gestaltet - stilvolles Interieur, gemütliche Atmosphäre und ein riesen Highlight: das große Badezimmer mit freistehender Badewanne und Sauna. Vor allem die Lage ist auch unschlagbar und direkt am Wald. Schweine, Fasane und Hühner befinden sich in angrenzenden Gehegen. Haustiere sind willkommen und die Hosts gut erreichbar. Alles in allem top! Wir hoffen, diese Unterkunft bald wieder zu buchen :)

We hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf in deze mooie Airbnb. Patricia was super vriendelijk en had zelfs allerlei leuk speelgoed klaargezet voor ons dochtertje van 1,5 jaar. Heel lief! De Airbnb zelf was heel knus en fijn. Zeker een aanrader! De kippetjes die voorbij scharrelen maken het geheel af :)

Wir haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt in dieser tollen Unterkunft! Mia hat es uns mit ihrer Gastfreundlichkeit leicht gemacht, uns sofort richtig wohl zu fühlen. Die Unterkunft ist ein Juwel, der Garten ein Traum! Für uns als Familie mit kleinem Kind (4 Jahre) ein perfekter Ort, um zu entspannen, Ausflüge zu starten und einfach nur durchzuatmen! Man spürt die Liebe zum Detail in jeder Ecke!

We had such a peaceful stay, the property is beautifully furnished and felt private. It’s in a great location with lots of walking routes directly from the property. We would love to visit again!

Heel verzorgd en mooi huis!! Ontbijt in de zon en heerlijke (dek)bedden. Compleet met alles wat je nodig hebt. Privacy en ruimte, ook om het huis. De hottub staat op een mooie plek, in de groene omgeving...

Ich hatte einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr gemütlich und dabei super zentral gelegen – alles ist gut zu Fuß oder dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Besonders gefallen hat mir der schöne Garten. Ich kann die Ferienwochen sehr empfehlen.

This is a beautiful place with lots of walks, runs and cycle paths. It is very peaceful in the woods.There is a restruant at the glider park but other than that, you will need to travel to eat out. We loved it here and will definately be back.

Mirjam was very friendly, the place was perfect for us visiting our daughter at university. Clean, light and had everything we needed. 5 minutes walk from the train station so a good base for looking around. We would definitely recommend staying here.

I came for a 3-week stay for work, and couldn't have asked for better accommodation and hosts. The hosts were super friendly and helpful, the place was well decorated, clean, comfortable and VERY well equipped! The propriety is very central, which of course can come with its noisy drawbacks, but I have to say it didn't affect me very much and I appreciated being within walking distance to anything I could need. I could have easily stayed longer, and will make sure I come back in the future.

Nette, vriendelijke en behulpzame host. Leuk gelegen appartement. Fijne bedden. Meer dan voldoende ruimte en netjes. Erg gezellige stad. Komen zeker terug!

The house was very cosy, clean, and nicely decorated. The garden was superb, and Ivon and her husband are very friendly and easy-going. I needed to be close to the university, and the location was excellent. Strongly recommended.

Buen alojamiento, cocina y baño perfectamente equipada y salón agradable para estar. Al ser un sótano le falta luz solar pero es algo que ya se entiende al ser un sótano.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, Heleen hat uns super Tips zum Essen gehen gegeben und war sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Wir hatten uns sehr über die Fahrräder gefreut die wir für die beiden Tage nutzen durften. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Zeer leuk verblijf met erg vriendelijke hosts! Ook de locatie is top, dicht bij het centrum van Barneveld maar toch volledig in de rust van het buitengebied. Omgeving is verder ook prachtig, mooi gebied om te fietsen op de Veluwe.

Fleur's place is excellent. It's wonderfully well equipped, tastefully furnished and very spacious and light. Just five minutes from the station, it's a great base from which to explore this interesting area.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle und erholsame Zeit in Reckum – und das vor allem dank des großartigen Hosts! Schon beim Check-in wurden wir herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Unser Host war durchweg sympathisch, unglaublich geduldig und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Egal ob es um Tipps für die Umgebung, kleine Anliegen oder spontane Fragen ging – er hatte immer ein offenes Ohr und eine Lösung parat. Seine Kompetenz und Gelassenheit haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich besonders gemacht. Dank ihm konnten wir die Zeit in Reckum in vollen Zügen genießen. Wir können die Unterkunft und vor allem den Host nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Lucienne hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Uns fehlte es in der Unterkunft an nichts, schon gar nicht an schönem Spielzeug für unsere jüngste Mitreisende, die sich zudem sehr über die zwei Kuscheltiere im Kinderbett gefreut hat. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und bereuen nur ,dass das Wetter nicht gut genug für einen längeren Aufenthalt im schönen Garten war.

The apartment is in a great, vibrant neighborhood only minutes from the downtown. It is spacious with plenty of light. Rein is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

I would like to write wonderful things about the house itself, the neighborhood, and Mr. Jorrit — each of them was truly excellent. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The house was peaceful, full of natural light, and surrounded by greenery — it felt like the sun and nature were part of the home. Every detail had been meticulously thought through and designed solely to make guests feel happy and welcome. There were even umbrellas and lovely slippers at the entrance. The bed linen was top quality, and everything was spotless. The neighborhood was quiet, spacious, and very decent. Great restaurants, cafes, and parks were just a short walk away — and the city center was only about 20 minutes on foot. Mr. Jorrit was incredibly helpful and responded very quickly. Most importantly, he had already thought of everything we might need and left informative and thoughtful notes throughout the house. Many thanks.

het is een prachtige accommodatie. overal is over nagedacht en aan gedacht, tot leesbrillen aan toe. het ontbijt(omschreven als bescheiden) was super.
