We very much enjoyed our stay in Benoit’s beautiful apartment. Very comfortable and tastefully decorated with a balcony, bath and well equipped kitchen. The apartment block is very quiet and in a nice non-touristy neighbourhood. Very convenient for the metro. Benoit was a great host. We would highly recommend for those wishing to have a proper French experience away from the busy tourist spots.

The apartment is in a very good location, close to shops, which is really convenient. Despite the nearby RER, the accommodation is quiet and I slept very well. Everything was clean, well appointed, and comfortable. A real little cocoon perfect for relaxing. I recommend it without hesitating and would be happy to come back!

Amaury and Marine were wonderful hosts! They were very kind and flexible for an early check-in. The instructions they left to access the apartment were extremely helpful. They also periodically reached out to us to make sure everything was okay during our stay. The apartment was beautiful, just like the pictures! It’s off a side street so the road noise isn’t a problem. The area has a lot of restaurants and boutiques to shop at. There’s a bodega just down the street that we visited for groceries as well. We look forward to staying here again next time we are in Paris :)

We couldn't have hoped for a better Airbnb for a stay for 2 in Paris given our budget. The value for money is great. The apartment is clean, we slept very well. All the equipment is present, including a washing machine, a hair dryer. No need for sheets or towels, all this is provided. No problems arriving or picking up the keys, the apartment is easy to find, less than 2 minutes from a metro station allowing you to reach directly or with a single connection any place in Paris. Françoise and Patrick are very welcoming, they offered us croissants, fruit and some fresh products on arrival and during the stay. They suggested some very nice activities and took care of our laundry, allowing us to make the most of our stay. Thank you again for your hospitality, our stay would not have been so good without you. Looking forward to coming back.

My stay at Laurence’s beautiful apartment was amazing and just what I was hoping for. It was less than a 5 min walk to Pere Lachaise and less than a minute from the metro stop. The cafe right on the corner was amazing and the epicerie across the street had a great selection of food and drinks. I couldn’t have picked a better vacation spot. I highly recommend and hope to visit again!

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

It's a small but very nice apartment, it's like you're really living in Paris. I just don't recommend it for more than two people, it's really small for those of us who live in the Americas.

We (two families) with two children (1 & 2 years) were at Mehdi's home. We liked it very much and it was also child-friendly. It's a great location and we don't even need to talk about the view. Thank you for everything 🥰 A small tip, one more trash can in the bathroom would be great 😉

The apartment was as expected and perfectly meet our needs. The location was amazing near the town square with lots of cute shops and restaurants! Gérald was super responsive and accommodating as our original plans got messed up. Much appreciation to Gérald!

Beautiful accommodation, well finished. Lots of equipment available. Quiet location and close to a sports centre as well as the city centre. You can hear people living above but nothing too annoying.

I used to live in Paris and have seen many apartments but I've never lived in such a spacious one. It's not in the main areas but the metro access is easy and there s a grocery store downstairs. I'd live there if I moved back to the city.

Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

The apartment was fully equipped with ultra modern facilities esp. the kitchen and washrooms. The Kitchen is fully equip. with coffee machine, induction wd 4 flame, dishwasher, double door, refrigerator fine dinning cutlery and serving plates etc. of all superior n high grade quality. The washrooms were clean and all required amenities like soaps, shampoo, towels, even a toothpaste, though we were carrying ours. The clear view of Eiffel tower from the balcony of the apartment. Also its Balcony is quite spacious and has an awesome view of the Paris city including Eiffel Tower. The location is apt and quite railway station, 20-30 minutes taxi drive to Eiffel tower or central city, shop n store are nearby. Would recommend to stay for at least couple of days.

This place is extremely cozy, but the view is breathtaking, have the opportunity to enjoy the Eiffel Tower in all its glory, there were a few night were the sunset had beautiful colors and made the experience even better. The location is great in terms of public transportation and local stores and bars. Definitely I will book it again.

My partner and I stayed at François’s penthouse in Aubervilliers, and it was the perfect choice. The listing was detailed and accurate, with photos matching the pristine, well-maintained space. Located in a safe, quiet area near shops and restaurants, it provided both comfort and convenience. François was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and highly communicative. He ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, offering a thorough tour and checking in while respecting our privacy. The penthouse had everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, and François even recommended a nearby barber when my partner needed a lineup for a wedding. The only slight challenge was occasional delays reaching the city due to a taxi strike, but this didn’t diminish our incredible stay. Without a doubt, this Airbnb will be our go-to when we return to Paris. François you deserve 10 stars! You're truly amazing amazing host!

Lovely place, lovely host, wonderful stay! Can’t say enough how great things about Jonathan and the location. So easy to reach from Paris and enjoy the beautiful nature and clean, heated swimming pool.

Rarely seen beauty and perfect equipment, this is the most impressive stay I have ever had in Paris, everything is as described, and Oliver is warm and responsive, no worries, great accommodation experience, if I come back to Paris, I will stay again!
