Holiday rentals with a patio in Évreux

Everything was perfect, the decoration was done with great taste. The sauna is very quick and easy to use. The bedding is very nice. Everything was as described. We were amazed by the very ingenious door automation system. The location is ideal in the heart of Rouen, close to car parks (paid, but it's Rouen). Too bad the checkout is so early (10 am) because we would have liked to have been able to sleep in a little (it was raining more that day, perfect weather for that). We will be back!

I spent 3 weeks here in Christine's apartment to attend a language school for French. The staircase is a bit narrow with the suitcase, but easily accessible and well lit. The apartment is located in the upper part of an old house with a lot of charm, is very nice and furnished with a lot of flair. The kitchen is also very nicely equipped with spices, salt, pepper, etc., nothing is missing. Living room with small sofa, TV and table neat and clean. Shower with good water pressure and also enough hot water. The bedroom with bed and separate dressing corner is located on the upper floor. Sleeping up here was very nice, the nights were basically very quiet. Communication with Christine was excellent, she always responded within a short time. Even when birds in the attic caused noise around 5:30 am, Christine and her husband reacted very quickly and called a roofer to close the entrances, which was very great. I highly recommend it.

If I could buy a vacation home on the Seine, this would be it. Great place to relax and enjoy the vibe. The private elevator was a major plus! The host, Charles, was very pro-active in helping to make the stay even better.

We spent a relaxing weekend in Neïla and Damien's peaceful and charming studio. Everything is designed to make you feel good: beautiful environment, quiet, beautiful services... Don't hesitate to discover it!

This is a great place to stay if you are exploring Rouen. It is small, but it was the perfect size for me and my small dog. The host is extremely helpful and responsive. The wifi was strong and the apartment was very clean.

Romuald was very responsive, personable and a pleasure to know. This was a perfect location close to all the sites but quiet and a great place to relax after a busy day of walking and site seeing. He even left us a little surprise- very much appreciated.

This lovely presbytery is full of charm and offered us a total disconnection. May not be very suitable for babies due to lack of sound insulation. Jean-Michel is a very kind and responsive host. I would recommned this property.

We had a great weekend. The accommodation is pleasant, bright and very quiet (special mention to the birdsong🐦‍⬛). In addition to the very nice decor, it is necessary to emphasise the extreme cleanliness of the place (and God knows that my wife is demanding😅). The bathroom is modern, the hot water tank has a small autonomy but you have to think about the planet 🌍 One small tip to further optimise this incredible accommodation, a blind on the front door would offer more privacy and reduce light in the morning☀️. Laura and Thibault were very pleasant and responsive, we will be happy to come back🤩

In one word: paradise! In addition to the absolutely extraordinary hospitality and kindness of Albane and Julien, the quality of the cottage and the park that surrounds it, which has marked us the most and which we particularly appreciated is the calm that reigns in this place almost out of time. That being said, enjoying the pool, lunch in the sun, contemplating the river flowing peacefully, listening to the wind in the trees, snuggling into the cocoon that this mill is once dark, also delighted us. It's simple: at the time of writing this review, I hesitate to publish it as the desire to return is strong and the fear that it is available is present.

We were 1 week in Vivian's welcoming house.. Lovely cozy, quiet place in pure nature.. Our residence guide was unpleasant but all the host offered us helped us get over it.. we sincerely recommend Vivian and his family. Women and Asen, Bulgaria

We had a great weekend with friends in this lovely home. The garden is beautiful, the rooms very pleasant and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped and the BBQ is very useful. Thanks to Hannah, with whom communication is very fluid and fast. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a lovely time at Maryam's! Our host was very responsive, from the preparation of our trip! The accommodation was very clean and well arranged. We had a fantastic time at Severine. Our goal was to enjoy the surroundings and visit the D-Day beaches and the history that has to do with it. Very impressive all around and the location is an ideal base for the region. Definitely recommended! Should we plan a new visit to the Normandy region, we will certainly return to this beautiful place.
