Home is full of personality and history. Susan had lots of personal touches like sharing their hen's eggs and freshly cut flowers in a vase. The house is creative with art and memorabilia...and they've managed to keep everything clean, comfortable and welcoming. I really like the living space furniture. They have everything you may need and more. Beds are comfortable but may be a little smaller than listed Queens. Close to town and Freeland Hall if you are attending an event like we did. Love the enclosed front deck where you can sit with your dog and not worry. Big enclosed yard, too, for dog to run around and take bathroom break. Short walk and staircase to a beach walk. Yard is spacious with great parking.

Great experience overall. Apple maps gets the directions wrong and suggests the wrong driveway but make sure to go to the one closest to the white mailbox that is at an angle

The beach side gem was the perfect location for the wedding we attended at Kiana Lodge. Cabin had a great deck to enjoy morning coffee and afternoon wine. Hot tub was a bonus besides the beautiful views. Paul was quick to respond to questions and provide local recommendations.

This is a really nice place to be, very pretty little forest surrounding one of the most pleasant places to stay - well appointed kitchen, comfy furniture, and easily one of the best Airbnb beds I’ve slept in.

Our stay here was great! We ventured to Olympic National Park and explored all over the Kitsap Peninsula! We loved returning home to this little cabin each night! The outdoor space was fantastic and the extra amenities were awesome! Would absolutely recommend this place, and would stay again!

Sarah is by far the best airbnb host I have ever had. She is very responsive and communicative, and she decorates impeccably well. Her place is neat, tidy, and truly felt like a home away from home. Also, she was so kind and provided us with delicious local treats.

We had a wonderful stay! We're a family with three young boys under the age of 8, and the home worked really well for us overall. A couple of small suggestions that might help future guests: it gets very bright upstairs in the early morning — our kids were up at 4:30am on the first day! Curtains or blackout shades would make a big difference. We ended up using foil as a quick fix, which worked well. The location is fantastic — just steps from the beach. For families with young kids (or older guests), a small set of portable stairs down to the sand would be helpful. We temporarily moved the hot tub steps to make it easier, which worked in a pinch. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked for cooking, and the neighborhood is peaceful with absolutely stunning views. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Cris has been wonderful! We needed a place to relocate as an extended stay while we house hunted on the island. The cottage is fully stocked, comfortable, and close to all the things we need in town. Cris has gone above and beyond, from sending update on road conditions, dropping by with bottles of wine, answering all questions, even forwarding alerts about orca sightings around the island! We’ve felt so welcome here and it’s made our transition to the island so much easier.

We enjoyed our time immensely in the peaceful surroundings. Wish we had more time to stay longer. Wonderful place and excellent to detach and relax. Thank you for the great instructions and housing us for our friend's wedding. I would just go back to stay at your place and not leave for the entire stay!

I would not hesitate to recommend the cottage to friends or relatives. I will hope to visit again soon.

I’ve had such a fantastic stay at the Silver Lining Cottage! The space is incredibly cozy and feels just like home. I’m usually quite picky with mattresses, but the bed here is exceptionally comfortable—I slept like a baby every night! Linda’s garden is absolutely beautiful, with great views and the sweetest scents of blooming roses. It’s such a joy to step outside each day and be greeted by birdsong and fresh air. The location is perfect—within walking distance to Southcenter Mall and easily accessible by both car and public transit. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, making it ideal for remote work. Most of all, Linda is one of the kindest, warmest, and most thoughtful hosts I’ve ever met. She goes above and beyond to make sure her guests feel comfortable, and her communication is always prompt and caring. No wonder she’s a Superhost! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this charming place to anyone visiting the area! ✨✨

CaraMia's beach cottage in Camano far exceeded our expectations. It was fantastic. Set on a couple of well-landscaped acres in an idyllic, peaceful, semi-rural area, it's a cozy beach-style cottage overlooking Port Susan on Camano Island. The views are great. It was easy to walk around the vicinity where there are even a few stables with horses and an alpaca or two. Yet the cottage is close to stores and restaurants a few miles in either direction. We brought our dog and spent the time walking, hiking, beachcombing and cycling around Camano Island while enjoying good food at nearby pubs and restaurants. I would highly recommend CaraMia's Camano Cottage! We'll definitely be back to visit in the future.

A very cute older home in a quiet neighborhood. The beds are extremely comfortable. Linens were clean & smelled like bleach (which I love!) Well stocked kitchen. Great location for UW….. Children’s Hospital……University Village. We will definitely stay here again.

This beach cottage was prefect for two couples and a pup. The kitchen is well equipped. It’s just a short walk from the beach. The beds are comfy. It has a great outdoor space with grass and patio furniture. Would absolutely stay again. We had a wonderful weekend here

After 15 years of visiting the same place on Whidbey Island, we found a new spot! This is a magical little place just a few minutes north of Langley, where we saw an abundance of wildlife, had relaxing mornings and restful sleep! Ashlyn's place was perfect for our family of three. The cute little cottage was full of books and wonderful art. Ashlyn was so accommodating about our arrival and provided us with wonderful recommendations. We will definitely be back! If you do book, make sure you ask about the breakfast - ours was spectacular!!

This property was exactly as described, and incredibly clean! The furnishings were inviting and we had everything we needed. We felt like our comfort was prioritized and that we were trusted with quality items. Kenton was exceptionally responsive and helpful, sending links to local attractions and making sure our check-in went smoothly. The location was peaceful and relaxed, surrounded by beautiful flowers and vegetation. As secluded and private as it felt, it was an easy walk down the street to restaurants, a market, shops, and the waterfront. We really appreciated having everything so close and not needing to fight for parking! We loved our stay and highly recommend this rental. Low-key hospitality at its finest :)

This space is an absolute gem. David and Stephanie were great and communicative - they let me check in a few hours early so I could complete a virtual work meeting. The space was private, cozy, and immaculate. I will absolutely be staying here again, it had all of the amenities you need for a stay and more. I highly recommend for your next trip to the area.

Her space made this town feel like a second home. Not once did I feel like a visitor out of place due to her decorative decisions, hospitality and the warm views that met the eye once you were at the top. 11/10 - Hope to visit again and will be thinking of this abode when I do.

Thanks for the great stay, David. We really enjoyed the little cottage and lovely deck area for lounging in the heat amongst the trees. Quiet spot, great host, great coffee and ice cream around the corner. Perfect for visiting family in the neighborhood.

This is a great place to unwind for a couple of days. the peaceful water views and the mountains in the distance are very calming. the beach access right outside your door is terrific. great for lill kids that want to collect shells and pebbles under your supervision as you lounge on the deck. The home was well stocked and all needa anticipated and addressed in notes all over the house. Linda was also super responsive and friendly. we will be coming back!

The Elf House was the perfect sanctuary for my solo retreat. I was able to disconnect and unwind in a peaceful environment that had everything I needed. Including a piano! They were great hosts with plenty of clear instructions to cover any questions that may arise. I wish I was staring out their window at the water right now.

We had a wonderful stay at Alison and Bjorn's place. The ameneties, tidiness, and cleanliness stood out the most. My favorite part of my stay was the various heaters located throughout the home, especially in the bathroom. We would definitely stay here again.
