Mit dem Auto ist man in einer guten halben Stunde am Nürburgring, an der Ahr, am Ruhrsee oder im Phantasialand Brühl. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 10 km Entfernung. Hunde nach Absprache willkommen.

Im Obergeschoss befindet sich eine große, gemütliche Wohnküche mit toller Aussicht und Kamin, übergehend in ein offenes Wohnzimmer, sowie zwei geräumige Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett (1,80 x 2,00 m) und Kleiderschrank. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche. Ein Parkplatz und ein eigener, eingezäunter Garten gehört dazu.
