With four professional food trucks, a natural food store, restaurants, breweries/wineries/distilleries, a pizzeria, and coffee shops, all right outside your door or within a short walk! Please keep in mind this is a livelier part of town, with night-life and train tracks nearby. Most have no issues but very light sleepers should be aware.

River Road Refuge

Quiet and close to downtown Eugene, this guest house has the tranquility of it's farming past. Its a short stroll to the Willamette River (stop by Ciderlicious on the way!) & pathway to the Whittaker Neighborhood and the downtown. Easy access from the 569 Beltline too. Guests have their own entrance and back deck and bathroom. There is a small refrigerator to use in the room. We provide coffee, a variety of teas and snacks. We are a retired couple, not a corporation in the Airbnb business.

The Boardwalk is Modern Luxury in an older home built in 1942. Private gated entrance along a short boardwalk off covered carport parking. Located in quiet West Eugene neighborhood close to everything. The Food Pantry/Kitchenette with Keurig coffee maker (coffee provided in compostable K-cups), electric kettle (teas provided), paper cups, plates & bowls, and paper towels. Lots of light, nice & clean, pet friendly. And no cleaning or chores required of guests, just your pleasant stay!
