Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Etterbeek

We were a group of 7 ladies visiting Brussels for the first time. We spent four days in the premises. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated and all have private bathrooms. The living room and kitchen are amazing and well equipped. We liked the space and the proximity to the main places of interest in Brussels. We can only recommend this excellent house.

Fantastic location - perfect little place for couples.

Nice place to stay with everything that makes the stay pleasant. Clean and tidy. Walking distance to Metro and Tram.

Very spacious accommodation for 6 to 10 people (equivalent to 5 double beds). Special mention to the very comfortable living room and the huge TV with bluetooth speaker. Ann-Charlotte was welcoming and even offered us breakfast on the first day. Just know that the hosts live next door so you have to go through their hallway and the common garden to enter/exit (but the Airbnb house itself is private). Well served by tram and bus, it takes about 20 minutes to get to the centre.

Beautiful little house at the bottom of the garden. Very comfortable and homely and just a short walk from Stockel Metro stop to get you into the centre of Brussels. Lovely restaurant in Stockel called L’Harmony and would highly recommend this, reasonably priced and wonderful food. Public transport from here was excellent to experience Brussels and beyond. Excellent services. Ideal for groups. There were 9 adults and we had plenty of room. Ideal location because you can park two cars without problems in the inner courtyard and then move to the centre of Brussels thanks to the various public transport. There is a small supermarket, bakery and other convenience stores. Contact with Lucie and Gaëtan is very easy by email, by phone. Gaëtan facilitates arrivals and departures. Very available, friendly and responsive. To conclude: Ideally located accommodation, spacious, well arranged and clean and above all friendly, attentive and responsive hosts. It's worth stopping there!!!

I initially wrote a long piece extolling this apartment but lost it somehow before posting! In brief: this is an excellent duplex apt for a stay from a few days to a few months. Host, cleanliness, equipment, kitchen stuff, location: all excellent!

We spent 2 nights there and the small apartment is more than sufficient for that. From the amenities, it was almost like a hotel and everything was very clean. Franz even helped us get a free parking space, thanks again for that. Highly recommended for a short stay in Brussels :)

We had a lovely few days in this apartment and would definitely recommend staying here due to its friendly neighbourhood and very convenient distance from the metro (Merode is the nearest stop), and Cinquentaire park. Would also highly recommend going for dinner at Domenica and ice cream at Bon Boule, especually as they are so close by from the apartment. Merci beaucoup Gabriella.

NIce, spacious apartment with great lighting options and warm interior. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom (on the lower level of the apt) was spacious. Neighborhood is quiet while also having good access to trams, restaurants, and multiple supermarkets. Highly recommend!

My stay at Vincent’s apartment was amazing. The apartment itself is very large, the pictures in the listing don’t do it justice. It was cleaned very well and had all the amenities listed in the description. The best thing about my stay was the location. The apartment is centrally located in Brussels, just a few minutes walk to the Grand Place and Central station. I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking to explore downtown Brussels!

Olivier was helpful and responsive, and it was a great place to stay for a few days. The bathroom and elevator up were admittedly a bit tight, but it was enough space to maneuver with just the two of us. This location is located very close to Merode station which was handy to get around. It can be a bit loud if there are concerts in the nearby park (as was the case for our stay), but they ended well before midnight so it was not a major problem. Definitely recommended if you can book this AirBnB!

From the beginning, I highlight the huge personal service that Aitor gave me by accepting that a package intended for me will be delivered to me. He made it with good heart. Very easy to communicate with. It was reassuring to know that we could count on him if needed. The accommodation is really fantastic and the proximity to the metro/tram is an undeniable advantage. We knew there were stairs to get into the home but we didn't pay attention to the fact that it's the equivalent of a third floor. Less convenient with heavy suitcases and two friends walking with a cane. There is only one bathroom and it is in one of the two bedrooms. It's a little inconvenient at night when you want to respect the privacy of the person who is sleeping there and you don't want to wake them up. Very well equipped kitchen. Soap washer. I recommend it without hesitating and a big thank you Aitor!
