It was a good apartment and nice stay. I’d only recommend fixing the mirror in the bedroom for the safety of children

We had a lovely few days in this apartment and would definitely recommend staying here due to its friendly neighbourhood and very convenient distance from the metro (Merode is the nearest stop), and Cinquentaire park. Would also highly recommend going for dinner at Domenica and ice cream at Bon Boule, especually as they are so close by from the apartment. Merci beaucoup Gabriella.

Zoe is a fantastic host. She responds quickly and I felt safe with her as a host. The apartment is very nice and is fantastically nice by the square. The apartment had everything you need and a little more. I can really recommend this place. I'd love to come back.

Great place and a quiet neighbourhood, very close to the lively Place Jourdan. Three of us had a great stay at this apartment, I highly recommend it!

I initially wrote a long piece extolling this apartment but lost it somehow before posting! In brief: this is an excellent duplex apt for a stay from a few days to a few months. Host, cleanliness, equipment, kitchen stuff, location: all excellent!

We stayed as a family of 4 with smaller kids. Ruben’s house worked great. If you’re on the couch, that shades are pretty thin and gets bright early. Outside that, great stay. 2 large bedrooms and bathrooms. Only 1 toilet though. Very walkable area and chocolate making class right next door. Balcony was nice, felt safe and was peaceful. AC in 1 bedroom and in main living both worked well. Need to leave house cool in hot summer or second room gets warm.

This place is very bright, peaceful & beautiful, tucked away in a quiet one-way street close by to the Place Keym. Guillaume was very helpful & responsive, making sure that everything was going well. I would highly recommend this place!

Very good accommodation. Very friendly host. The city centre is easily accessible in 10 minutes, for example by electric scooter. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. I immediately felt welcome and at home.

Functional and clean accommodation, well located with access to public transport. The apartment is on the ground floor, small downside because there are only blinds and no shutters to block out the light. It's hot in the apartment but fans are available.

Highly, highly recommend! Great instructions before you arrive including local recommendations - very clear. In a great spot in Brussels. Apartment was very clean, with lots of amenities (including espresso pods!) and very comfy throughout. If you’re staying in Brussels for work or pleasure, I recommend staying here. Would do again!

It was great, short but a very cozy apartment and the jaccuzi is really an extra element. Also, our host was super warm (even the decoration) and very available

Great apartment, well equipped, clean and stylish. Beds were really comfy and close to shops and only a 20 minute walk from Grand Place. We especially enjoyed the sauna, great addition. Zawar was really helpful and made sure everything was okay whilst we stayed. Thank you for having us.

Our stay at Kosi Penthouse was amazing. The space is beautiful with great amenities. Our daughter loved the views from the hot tub and sauna.

Super nice accommodation! Very clean and tidy. Wonderful sauna. Good location. Flora was very helpful. A point of attention is the shower head that couldn't hang on anything. Furthermore, we enjoyed the apartment with our children.

This was a lovely place and only about 5 blocks from the train station. One thing to note, if coming from the train station, don't ask for a taxi just use Uber. I tried to get a taxi because i had a lot of luggage, and it was 88°F, and the taxi driver kicked me once he saw the address and I had to walk. They other thing, make sure you bring everything with you, there was no shampoo, gel soap or any snacks or water. It's strictly a place to stay. But, knowing all of this, I would definitely recommend! There's a patio or back, the bed and the couches were very comfortable, and i felt safe there.

Amazing location in the heart of Brussels! The apartment was just as described, and the two bedrooms and two separate bathrooms were very convenient. Fernando was also very accommodating with many asks and overall a very pleasant stay.
