This lovingly furnished studio with its own entrance is suitable for a stay for two. The studio is also available for a longer term. The guest house is located in the green recreational area of Hoeven. You will find the historic Oudenbosch 2 km away and in 20 minutes you will be in the centre of Burgundian Breda. You can also reach Antwerp and Rotterdam within 45 minutes. In addition to a king size bed and a nice sitting area, the studio offers a beautiful green backyard where you can spend time privately.

This unique accommodation is close to the bustling Breda and yet in the middle of nature. There is a separate entrance with a large private garden for you as a guest with an attractive covered outdoor room. You enter a hall where you will find a separate kitchen with all the necessities and a place where you can eat. The bedroom has a double bed, TV, WiFi and a separate sitting area. The bathroom has a shower. There are 2 bikes for you. We can serve breakfast in consultation for €10 pp.

Villa Forestier, a beautiful villa situated in one of the oldest forests of the Netherlands. This atmospheric house is ideal for guests who are looking for a peaceful stay. Close to the charming center of Breda, Etten-Leur or Prinsenbeek. The forest, named Liesbos, has been owned by the royal family. They also used this place for the hunt. The cozy villa is equipped with a great garden surrounded by century-old oak trees. The villa is warmly decorated with a classic and modern style.

Tiny House: 'The Henhouse' in Geervliet

A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

The country house is a very comfortable home, suitable for vacation or working from home. It is a spacious cozy house with open kitchen, living room, 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. At the back, there is a terrace with seating area and hot tub and beautiful views. Beds are made up. Dogs are welcome, fenced garden. Located in Rijsbergen on the road from Breda to Zundert, just outside the built-up area with supermarkets, bakery and restaurants, hiking and cycling paths nearby.

Cozy and private studio, 4.5 km from centre

Nice room with your own bathroom with shower and toilet. There's no real kitchen but there is a fridge and combination microwave. You have your own entrance and behind the room is a large public grass field you can use as your garden. After a 3-minute walk, you'll reach a few shops and the bus stop, from there the bus takes you in 22 minutes to the central station. Bicycles are not available anymore. Parking in the neighborhood is free and there's enough space.

Cottage/Private Outdoor Jacuzzi Etten-Leur

My place is 30 square m and close to the center of Etten-Leur , within walking distance. The restaurants,cafes and shops are close ! You'll love my place because of our beautiful cottage that stands in our spacious garden; you have access through a gate , and our home is separate from this. (Upper) apartment or meeting place

This (upstairs)apartment can be a meeting place for a small group of people. Coffee and tea then included. In the fridge, for a fee, we cans/bottles of chilled alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Price list on fridge. The apartment is at the top of the stairs with a sliding door lockable from the lower floor with a button cylinder. It is a non-smoking and not a child friendly apartment. We prefer not to have pets. The bedroom is on the 2nd floor.
