On the gallery (17 m²) is the sleeping area for 2 people (double bed 1.8 x 2 m and a reading corner. The bathroom (7 m²) with extra-wide access door has a floor-level shower in addition to the toilet and sink. The shed has space for bicycles.

It has two bedrooms each with a double bed, a bathroom with a rain shower, a living/dining room and a fully equipped & open kitchen. In the heart of Nienburg, only 4 minutes walking distance from downtown and approx. 3 minutes to the main station. Perfect location! Directly across the street is Café Ragazzi. Relax in this peaceful place to stay. In the middle of the rural idyll of the old village of Heemsen between Hanover and Bremen, near the Weser (cycle path) and Lichtenmoor (cranes), you will find the quietly located guest house. The detached, 120 m², completely renovated vacation home consists of a cozy and bright living and dining room including a fireplace, a nice kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2/1/1), 2 bathrooms plus guest toilet, a furnished terrace, parking spaces and a beautiful garden.

You are currently viewing our studio "Eulenloch" in a quiet location with garden and garden house in a sea full of flowers. The Eulenloch is 14 square meters and can accommodate 2 guests. There is a covered terrace with a grill and seating. Here you can enjoy the view over the wide valley, to the Steinhuder Meer. The Eulenloch is separated from our Eulennest by a hallway. Both apartments have separate entrances, but share a common house access.

Romantic country

Our tranquil country house has 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed. It offers enough space to fully develop and enjoy the tranquility of the country. The property is shielded from view of neighbors and with its approximately 1,600 m² is large enough to have complete privacy. In the garden are seating, an outdoor bed, lots of wild flowers and a fireplace for grilling. Overall, it can be said that there was hardly a place where we ever felt more relaxed.

Construction trailer in the vegetable garden

The small construction trailer is in the back near the property line in our vegetable garden. There is the quietest place in our garden. You can use our outdoor kitchen, the communal table, all seating, the toilet and shower... however you like. No smoking inside the accommodation - but outside. Our garden is suitable for anyone who likes to be outdoors, likes the camping feeling, but does not want to stay in a tent.

Vacation home / fitter's apartment

We offer you a beautiful and cozy approx. 74 m2 apartment in Neustadt am Rübenberge in the Suttorf district. The state capital Hanover can be reached in 25 kilometers via the B6. The Steinhuder Meer is 15 kilometers away. The nearest shopping facilities such as Lidl, Aldi, Famila, Netto, DM, gas station and a bakery are about 2 km away. On the property there is a free parking space for our guests.

Modern bakery on a farm

We, Carlotta & Paul, have completely renovated our small bakery from 1816 in the past two years with natural and sustainable building materials. The furniture and the kitchen are also planned with a lot of love and built in our workshop. For two people, the bakery offers enough space to relax for a few days, to start a short trip to the Lüneburg Heath or simply to unwind. We look forward to seeing you!

Welcome right in the centre of Nienburg! This apartment is perfectly located in-between the main shopping street and the Weser river. All sights of Nienburg are in walking distance. As a family we often miss good coffee with thick milk foam. That's why you have the choice between Nespresso and filter coffee. For the milk foam you will find milk in the fridge and a milk frother.
