Small Modern and Industrial LOFT.

Small new 40 m² air-conditioned LOFT in an Industrial and Modern style for 2 people (but 1 child can sleep on the extra sofa). This loft is located on a wine estate in the heart of the vineyards. It is adjacent to the owners' country house but completely independent. The entrance is to the north of the country house. Access to the owners' swimming pool (from 01/07 to 15/09) and to the pétanque court every day from 10 am TO 6 pm. On the day of your arrival, the swimming pool is accessible until 7 pm.

Central Townhouse with Secret Courtyard and Pool

Our home, features an original fireplace, flagstone floors, and local furnishings. Enjoy the courtyard garden and pool (a quiet relaxing space, our neighbours appreciate their tranquility too). The neighbourhood is quiet but attractions like the Pont d'Avignon, restaurants, and bars are all less than 10 minutes on foot. A parking space is within a 3-minute walk. You will not use the car in town but is will be great to explore Provence by day and return to your tranquil haven each evening.

Located in the charming town of Sernhac in the Gard, a department rich in discoveries, our gîte assures you calm, serenity and independence in the heart of an 18th century farmhouse in the heart of nature. Equipped with all modern amenities, you will enjoy spacious bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms all equipped. Guests can take advantage of the terrace, heated pool with Jacuzzi (from May to November) and sauna. A pure bubble of happiness for an event or vacation to the sound of cicadas.

The Oasis, a rare place for nature lovers in the middle of a 1-hectare olive grove between Uzès and the village of Collias. In this small architect's house in Vers stone with its private terrace, totally autonomous, solar electricity and drilling, you will find calm and tranquility. In the morning the peacocks will come to greet you and wish you a beautiful day. The Gardon and Alzon next door for swimming and a swimming pool shared with us, will refresh you on summer days

In Estézargues, a charming Provençal village, our character house within a wine and olive estate invites you to experience Provence between history and sweetness of life. Three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, large bright living room, equipped kitchen, garden and terraces overlooking the vineyards, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and parking. A stone's throw away: Pont du Gard, Nîmes, Uzès, Avignon, walks in the vineyards, breakfasts in the sun and aperitifs at sunset.

Authentic Provencal villa in stone with modern confort. Ideal location, it is only 5mn drive to Avignon center or 25mn by foot. The area is very calm. There is a 20 meter square terace, a big living space, 3 bedrooms, garden and swiming pool. We open the pool May 1st, and close it November 1st. The pool is to share with us, only one other villa and we do not invade your space : )
