Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Do you want to come to the peace and quiet of nature? A rural idyll of about 90 sqm, detached property with kitchen, bathroom, living room, three bedrooms and conservatory and balcony. There is a possibility to rent a hot tub for an additional cost. On the farm, we also run a restaurant with various events during the summer. Nära till skog med fina promenadstigar. 3 km till centralorten Nossebro som har butiker, utomhus & inomhusbad och ngr restauranger. Gång och cykelväg intill lägenheten som går hela vägen in till Nossebro. Sista onsdagen varje månad anordnas Nossebro Marknad som är 120 år gammal och är Sveriges äldsta och största månadsmarknad med sina 500 marknadsplatser.

Just a few steps from the sauna, you can take a refreshing dip in the clear lake and then unwind in the warm jacuzzi. Simsjön is a scenic and peaceful spot, perfect for escaping everyday stress and spending quality time together. You can borrow your own boat to explore the lake and enjoy fishing 🎣🌿

House Kilstrand directly on Lake Säven

The house was renovated in 2017 and impresses our guests with its interior design. Here, solo travelers, couples and families alike feel comfortable. There is also the possibility for befriended travelers to rent the neighboring beach cabin and Kilstrand house at the same time and thus be on the go with friends and still maintain their retreat option.
