Bike path just around the corner and via it you can go north to Mölle, Kullaberg and Krapprup. To the south, you can reach Höganäs. If you are interested in fishing, there are good opportunities to fish from the beach. The apartment is a separate apartment in a larger villa. It has its own entrance and patio door to the garden. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, shower, washing machine and dryer.

Cozy and comfortable apartment in a cultural neighborhood!

The house is in a quiet and culturally protected area in central Landskrona. Parking can be done in the area, but not free of charge, but costs SEK 2/hour around the clock. The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family house, where the host couple lives in the apartment above. The area is approximately 74 sqm, divided into kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with double bed and two living rooms, one of which has a sofa bed. The yard is lush and inviting and offers several seating areas.

I vil nyde at bo centralt i denne et-værelses lejlighed lige ved vandet og havnen, indre by, indkøb, bus og metro, caféer, spisesteder og meget andet. Lejligheden har lige hvad man har brug for, for et ophold i København. Der er nem tilgang til seværdigheder, vand, Amager fælled og shopping. Der er få meter ned til en badetur i havnen og få meter til et bustoppested. Det er nemt og hurtigt at tage metroen fra lufthavnen til lejligheden. Og kun ca tyve min gå gang til centrum af København.

Suitable for 1-2 people (3. is possible) with easy access to front door. Nearby grocery shopping, large central parks, 3 min's from the main highway, and close to the national hospital - Rigshospitalet. Parking just outside window (also charging station) - electric vehicles free.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Older Brick Villa, top-floor apartment. Fully furnished. Quiet surroundings. 10 min walk to inner city and Kronborg Castle, 8 min to beach and forest. 15 min walk to Station, with direct connection to Copenhagen and Sweden. The apartment is in a quiet residential neighborhood. There is a two-minute walk to Hornbæk Plantage. It is a dog forest and it only takes 10 minutes to walk down to the coast. Dogs are welcome, but we are old school and do not accept dogs in the bed, chair, sofa and other furniture. Your dog must be able to sleep on the floor and we are happy to provide a dog bed.
