Beachfront holiday rental in Espadilla

Highly recommended.

Thank you for the nice days in your great apartment which you have furnished with love, stylishly and harmoniously, we felt very comfortable. The view of the sea and the palm trees from the living room, one of the bedrooms and the balcony is fantastic. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, perfect for us. Short distances from the underground parking space to the apartment, excellent. The kitchen is well equipped. Aldi and Mercadona are within walking distance in 3 minutes. Tip, in the Mercadonna back left, food is cooked daily and various food can be taken away. We ate very well and inexpensively at the Acapulco restaurant a few steps south of the apartment towards the sea. There is local cuisine and also very delicious pizza. Too bad we have to go home already!

The chalet is exactly how José Antonio describes it and what it looks like in the photographs. It is a very comfortable place to stay and we were very comfortable. José Antonio a super host all the recommendations he told us were very good. We'll be back for sure, the place is worth repeating.

We xare very happy with our stay in Vanessa’s apartment. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Close to the beach and town. Vanessa was responsive and courteous. Check in was easy and convenient.

Magnificent place to stay and enjoy the exterior. Very attentive through the mobile as well as through the people to whom they delegate certain tasks. Everything was very clean and tidy.

Nice place, we spent a few days with my two dogs and they had a great time. It's quiet very good views . Beach access is right next door. There's a walking path where we took walks and great views . It's totally recommended . You're sure we'll go back Gracies Jaume.

Cozy apartment, very good location and easy communication with the owner. Ideal to go with a pet, the dog beach is just next door.

Luis's treatment has been exceptional. He has helped us at all times and has always been attentive to every detail, both with us and with our pet! The house meets all expectations of photo and description. Very close to the entire Oropesa promenade area. The beach is a two-minute walk away. We definitely put this place away. to repeat another couples getaway.

Very friendly and sweet hosts Inma and Jordi. Short contact lines. We were 6 adults and 4 children with our family. The villa was very spacious, clean and equipped with every comfort. Including 3 bathrooms and various chill and play areas. Greatly enjoyed the pool the garden and the beach. Boulevard, village Benicarló and Peniscola easily accessible on foot. Lots of sights and entertainment in the vicinity. Public transportation at the doorstep as well as plenty of catering amenities. Close to the airport 30 minutes. In short, ideal holiday for a large family. Space and entertainment. Repeatable.

The apartment was very clean and exactly as advertised. Maria Amparo was very friendly, super responsive, made us feel at home. I definitely recommend.

Very comfortable, quiet and spacious apartment with a very well oriented and comfortable terrace, ( pity that the weather did not accompany to get the maximum performance ). We jumped a couple of times the automatic of the light but it was corrected from the automatic box inside the same apartment. Everything's perfect. Oscar

Our stay was great! The location was perfect close to the pool with beach view and beach access and 10 minutes' drive to the city and supermarkets. The apartment was clean and cozy! Sheila was very friendly, always available and gave us lovely tips for the place. The only negative point was that the window makes very loud noises in strong winds. Highly recommended!:)

Wonderful place to stay. Close to everything in town.

Ambrosio's apartment is very nice. A few hundred meters from Patacona beach. 25-30 minutes by bike (or bus) to the center of Valencia. Flat has a balcony where you can eat and drink with 4 at the table. The balcony on the 2nd floor is on a large square where children play and a nice football field next to it. Only a side note about the pool at the apartment; they want peace and quiet - no running, jumping, no balls, chairs and attributes allowed, so unsuitable for our children. Fortunately, the sea is close by. Antonio responds quickly and is very helpful. A nice base near the sea and beach to explore Valencia!

We loved our stay in Alejandro’s place in Sagunto. The house is well equipped and the outdoor area is amazing. We spent most of our time there or on the beach (which is a few steps away). The beds were very comfy. Amazing views from all over the house and such a great space to spend time in. We all had a blast in the pool and cooking meals in the evenings. Highly recommend!

Good things: The house is very well conditioned and equipped. Its location in front of the sea is excellent. Communication, always virtual, with Pilar has been fast, clear, friendly and very fluid. Our stay at the Alcanar Houses was very pleasant. Not so good things - the back rooms are not as quiet as the rest of the house as they face the road.

I and my family found the house very conveniently located, just a stroll away from the town of Vinaros and the main sandy beach (the one just in front is a pebble beach, nothing wrong with it, just a matter of preferences). The house was fully equipped with everything one can need for a one-week stay (or longer). The little garden was very well cared and the kids enjoyed it a lot. The host was always responsive, flexible and really nice. Communication with her was very easy. There is also access to a common pool area, but we didn't use it much. Only thing to mention, perhaps, is that the house is on two levels connected by stairs.

The truth is, we felt right at home. Everything is very clean, towels and everything you need at our disposal. Both Magda and her husband were very friendly and helpful at all times. A very quiet and very beautiful place where children and adults had a great time. We would definitely do it again!

An exceptional stay in this house where there is all the comforts. Special mention for this beautiful terrace overlooking the water of a turquoise blue. What a pleasure to have the beach at the foot of the house, it is very uncrowded and that is a real plus. The kids greatly enjoyed the pool and the huge relaxation ottomans. An absolutely fantastic experience that exceeded all expectations. Tatiana was an amazing host that was extremely attentive and friendly. Response times were immediate and thoroughness was exemplary. The space itself met every need and then some, they even provided bikes to get around!! Plus we had access to kayaks and paddle boards. The location to the beach couldn’t have been closer, literally a 10 second walk and by the way was an absolutely stunning beach. The proximity to restaurants and the city, especially with the bikes they provided was close as well Overall, we can’t say enough about our stay, highly recommend to anyone as it was the best stay over our 10 days in Spain. 5 minutes walking from the pebbles beach. 5-7 minutes driving from the sand beach and small centre. supermarket next door. very nice, but at 5am the truck comes every day. the house has everything you need as a family. one bedroom did not have an airconditioning. very helpful hosts

The apartment is very nice and the location is perfect. It's about a 40-minute walk to the city. Supermarkets are about 8 minutes by car. You can be on the beach in 30 seconds. Maria was very accommodating. We were even allowed in the apartment much earlier on the first day. Thanks - we'll be back

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carina's home in Valencia, especially for its location close to the beach. The home had everything we needed, and having a washer/dryer was a major plus as we had been traveling throughout Europe for 2 weeks prior to our stay. Carina is a wonderful host and was very communicative throughout our stay. We had no issues with noise in the area at night and there were multiple convenience stores nearby. We realized that the neighborhood does not have the best reputation, but I will note that we felt very safe in Carina's home and when walking through the neighborhood. The locals who greeted us were very friendly, and we exercised only general caution that we would use anywhere else. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would most certainly stay here again when we return to Valencia! Thanks again to Carina for being a fabulous host!
