Beachfront holiday rental in Espadilla

Esther est une super hôte très réactive, l’appartement est très bien placé proche de la plage et des commerces. La piscine est top, le logement ainsi que la résidence bien entretenu et propre. Gros avantage est la place de parking en sous-sol et le calme du quartier. Nous recommandons vivement.

We had a wonderful stay at Jaime’s apartment in Valencia! The place was very clean and spacious, perfect for our family. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the pool as we arrived a bit early in the season and it wasn’t open yet. However, the area where the apartment is located was ideal for children – quiet, safe, and very close to the beach! We honestly couldn’t find a single downside. Everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Jaime! We hope to stay at your place again next time we're in Valencia!

appartement agréable lumineux sans vis a vis. Literie confortable, appartement bien équipé. ballade aux abords, petite crique pour la bronzette. accès Peniscola à pied possible, mais il vaut mieux s'y rendre en voiture, accotement dangereux. prevoir de se garer un peu loin des plages, sinon parking onéreux.

Malgré la catastrophe climatique à Valence qui nous a beaucoup touché au vu des nombreuses victimes, nous garderons un bon souvenir en ce qui concerne l'accueil qui nous a été réservé par Enrique à Nules.

Hemos pasado un fin de semana en casa de Gonzalo. Ha sido fantástico. Mucha tranquilidad, todas las comodidades y decorada con muchos detalles y buen gusto. Y sobre todo ésa terraza fantástica y esas vistas al mar que han sido lo mejor de la casa. Fácil acceso al pueblo, puedes ir paseando y también a las playas cercanas. Ideal para ir con amigxs, en pareja o en familia. Gracias por todo Gonzalo!

Hemos pasado una estancia estupenda en el alojamiento de Beatriz. El alojamiento es muy amplio, cómodo y muy acogedor. La terraza es muy agradable y la urbanización muy bonita. En cuanto al equipamiento, no le falta de nada, tanto en la cocina como en el resto de la casa. Todo estaba impecable. La ubicación es excelente para ir a la playa y al pueblo así como por la cercanía de varios supermercados. Lo hemos disfrutado mucho y volveríamos sin dudarlo.

El apartamento es tal cual las fotos, muy amplio y muy limpio. Tiene de todo, está muy bien equipado. La ubicación y las vistas con increíbles. La playa que está al lado está muy bonita y a 8 minutos caminando está la playa la Concha. La comunicación con Manuel fue Perfecta, y nos recibió con con unos regalitos que nos dejaron sorprendidos. Recomiendo 100%

Apartamento impecável e 100% funcional. Estava tudo muito limpo e o apartamento é ainda melhor do que nas fotos. Eva foi muito solicita, me deixou fazer o check in mais cedo e respondia com agilidade. O apartamento tem todos os utensílios e amenidades disponíveis e tudo estava funcionando muito bem. Localização excelente! Voltaria com certeza!

Wir haben zu zweit eine wunderbare Woche in Valencia verbracht. Die Wohnung von Antonio war perfekt für diese Reise, da der Strand direkt vor der Tür war und mit die Altstadt und alle andere Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr gut erreichbar mit dem Uber waren (durschnittlich um 10 Euro bis zum Ortszentrum). Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben, hell, ruhig und sauber. Die Austattung der Küche ist sehr gut,man hat quasi alles, was man braucht. Die Betten sind ganz bequem. Vielleicht die Wände sind ein bisschen hellhörig, das ist aber meckern auf höchsten Niveau und soll die allgemeine Bewertung, die super positiv ist, nicht beeinflussen. Die Kommunikation mit Antonio war makellos, er hat uns sogar ein Taxi für dir Hin- und Rückfahrt zum Flughafen gebucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern irgendwann wieder. Danke Antonio, wir waren wirklich begeistert!

We had a wonderful time at Vicente’s property. We travelled with our 2 young children and there were 2 pools that we pretty much had to ourselves for the week and it was a very short and easy walk to the beach. There were a few issues on arrival that Vicente resolved relatively quickly and he was very responsive. The complex was very quiet and clean and felt very secure.

Apartamento moderno y funcional, en primera línea de playa en una zona tranquila de Peñíscola. Nos ha encantado lo nuevo que estaba todo así como su terraza que se integraba en el salón con una gran puerta corredera. Muy útil también disponer de aparcamiento. Eva muy atenta y con instrucciones precisas que facilitan la llegada, además un acierto todas sus recomendaciones de restaurantes etc

I really loved my time in Javier’s place. The view is unbeatable and the house is well equipped. Javi was very flexible with check in and out which I appreciate a lot. It was perfect stay

This is the perfect location for Peniscola. Walkable to everything including the castle, restaurants and grocery. Ana was the best host even meeting us on the street and directing us to parking and our apartment. She also provided great dining recommendations! The apartment was perfect. Honestly even better in person than even the photos! views of the beach and castle were perfect. Our only negative is we didn't stay long enough!

Ein wunderschönes Haus, in dem wir uns bei jedem Wetter wohl gefühlt haben. In der verglasten Veranda kann Wind und januar Kühle wunderbar genossen werden. Dabei mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer. Die Räume sind einladend und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In der Küche ist alles nötige vorhanden, mit ausreichend und dekorativem Geschirr. Durch die 2 Ebenen gibt es gute Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben sehr gerne unsere Zeit in und um das Haus verbracht. Danke an Eelco und Ariane !

Unterkunft sauber und komfortabel. Lage gut um ohne Auto ein paar entspannteTage zu verbringen. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett nicht zum Strand, sondern Richtung Shoppingcenter (laut/hell bei geöffneten Fenster)

Beter kan een verblijf niet zijn! Je voelt je thuis. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst en een perfecte communicatie vooraf en tijdens het verblijf met de verhuurder. Het is compleet ingericht. Vooral het grote terras met de complete dag zon- én schaduwplekken is heerlijk. Een mooie plek op nog geen paar minuten lopen van het strand. Ook een voordeel: een ruime parkeerplaats is inclusief.

L'appartement d'Antonio est superbe pour un séjour à Valencia. Antonio était très sympa et accueillant, et l'appartement est juste en face de la plage.

Mieszkanie piękne i bardzo czyste. Bardzo dobrze wyposażone. Położone 2 min. od plaży. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Na pewno warto wracać 😊 Po prostu rewelacja. Polecam 😊

Beautiful spot at the marina close to the beach and restaurants

Lo mejor del ático la terraza con las vistas al mar. Situado en primera línea de playa. Si te gusta pasear puedes andar kilometros cerca del mar, porque Moncofa se comunica con otros pueblos, a los que puedes llegar andando. La comunicación con el anfitrión muy buena. El apartamento está limpio y es muy tranquilo. Para repetir. Hemos estado muy a gusto.

Merci à Rémi de partager ce lieu magique avec ses hôtes. La maison est magnifique, la décoration très soignée et la terrasse + le rooftop sont incroyables. L’emplacement est très bien situé dans la vielle ville de Peníscola avec ses petites ruelles qui nous ont fait voyager en Grèce l’espace d’un instant :) après avoir passé 5 jours magnifiques le plus difficile était de quitter ce lieu magique où on s’y sentait vraiment comme à la maison.

A lovely home, clean, comfy bedding and lounge facilities, freshly decorated and located in a very picturesque spot with lots of restaurants and old town streets to explore. The terrace was a nice spot to enjoy the sun or a warm evening. The house is on 4 floors so I got my steps in! We didn’t use our hire car at all during our stay, this place is an ‘on foot’ experience! There is access to 2 large beaches within a few minutes walk with more bars and restaurants to try. The water was very calm and shallow for a long way out making it suitable for children. For some reason however there are very few shops for basic amenities and items like bottles of water need to be carried from the mainland shops up to the house.

Great stay by all means. Apartment is well maintained and had everything we needed for a smooth vacation. Along with that there's a dog beach right next to the house and a few cool spots to visit in the neighbour cities.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung direkt am Strand. Ein absoluter Traum für jeden Strandurlaub. Auch die Verbindung mit dem Bus nach Valencia ist hervorragend, so dass einem Städtetrip nichts im Wege steht. Eine klare Empfehlung!
